STAY AWAY! This company doesn't deserve any stars. At the beginning I reached out for service for a memorial and he was very quick to say he was available, send me a deposit link, and said were good to go. I paid a deposit of $350. The day of the memorial, with all older people who needed valet service, he NO SHOWED!! WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I've been planning events for 10 years and I've never had someone take my money and no show! He said the next day he was "sorry and would give me a refund" and he never did but had the nerve to send me the final amount due!!! I've still been trying to get a hold of him to this day. Eddy responded quickly by text to my initial inquiry, then soon after followed up with a call to answer my questions and outline how he would setup for my event. He has great knowledge of the local area (La Canada), and was able to quickly confirm what areas they could or could not park our guests cars. He arrived early to setup, and worked through rain for our event. Our guests reported nothing but smiles, and fast and courteous service the entire night. Eddie isn't a good person like all people say, I worked with him for 3 years, I had to deal with every 15 days when I give him the payroll, he has excuses all the time ( I don't have money cus the client doesn't pay me yet, I don't know wat hapend with the bank,) he said I'm working I don't have time to go to de bank, he sends me the money 1,2,3 or even a month later but not all the payroll only part of it. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. We had great communication with Eddy for valet parking at our wedding. Things died down earlier than we excepted and guests left earlier than we thought. The valet left early and signed a document stating they left 2 hours early. It's been almost 6 months and now they are ghosting us for the refund, which they promised and discussed prior to leaving our event. Was recently skimming through jobs on Craigslist when I came across this page. I was hired and worked two shifts for Eddie. When I first met him I thought about how lucky I was to find a quick job to earn some extra cash. He told me that he pays his employees hourly in cash which was already alarming. It wasn't until I looked up his name on yelp and saw several stories of him either taking money and no showing or simply not paying his employees. After finding this out I wanted nothing to do with him and asked for the money for the hours I had already worked and wouldn't you know he never paid. Eddy is a great guy and responded very promptly to my needs! He is very affordable but gives top dollar service! Some companies were trying to charge me 3 times what he provided! I was very pleased that he was wiling to drive to the parking site to scope it out, a service most valet services refused to do. In fact, one company told me it was impossible to park the number of cars I needed with a hard start but APC Valet had no problem accomplishing this. The attendants did a great job, were professional, dressed appropriately and were very safe. Eddy has insurance with a very reputable company and was happy to provide me a copy of his insurance. Eddy took care of our relatively large party we had at our house. We live in a hillside community with very tight streets and limited parking. His staff arrived early and took care of our guests as well as we could expect. With the use of a shuttle (which was another small car) they were able to park all our guests cars a good distance from our house in an efficient manner. This satisfied both everyone at our party and all our neighbors who didn't have to worry about our street getting too cluttered. APC Valet did a phenomenal job for our event last night! Arrived early and very professional and friendly - they made the whole night easier for everyone involved. And we booked them through Yelp which made it that much easier. They bring their own stands and signage which was a really nice touch for the guests as they arrived. Bonus points - the house our event was at was on a hill so steep that I was even afraid to drive up or down. But APC Valet took care of everyone's vehicles with no problem! On top of that, the valets were so nice - even asked if we needed any help setting up! Look no further!! I had these guys do valet for my wedding of 100 ppl at my family's beach house on the cliffs of San Clemente this place has no parking what so ever on a weekend! Not only did that not phase them but they were so sweet you would never ever know how hard they worked! They were so professional and sweet to my guests and myself! They were also priced very well especially with the circumstances they were under!! I would highly recommend them! Also Eddie who does the booking is so nice and great to work with!!
