mad mike, the owner told me to leave my car and put the key in the lock box. when i called mid…read moreafternoon my car had still not been touched. i show up at 5 to pick up my car and it had been run through quickly. not even close to a full detail. the rugs were dirty and soaking wet. the car smelled horrible due to the moisture. the exterior looked as if it had only been wiped down and not washed prior to wax being applied. The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer.
