Customer Service is fine enough; although I never seem to find any employees on the service floor. In the past, I have come in for a specific items, and struggle to find an employee to help me, but it is what it is. They have a lot of neat, eclectic items. If you've got some time to waste and want to do some browsing, I would stop by World Market. I'd venture a bet you'd find something.
