I called the office the next morning as suggested and was able to have someone come over same day for the service which was perfect since I had the space cleaned out already. The technician was very knowledgeable looking around my home for entry points and told me a few things I needed to repair to prevent mice from liking my house. He found a hole that he believed mice were climbing in and out of due to the droppings near by and this was the closest way to get to the house. He was able to fit some metal to block off the entry so I wouldn't have to worry. Really pleased with the guidance and the knowledge I gained. He suggested a follow up at change of season but there was no hard sales pitch or push for me to do multiple services or a contract which was refreshing. Great price for the time the technician spent on site and hopefully a future rodent free home after I fix the remaining holes. Will absolutely use again!

The gentleman came out and used a fog device to remove the gnats, after nearly a few weeks I still noticed Gnats. I called the company to see if they could return and possible use a different method such as pour something down the drain or even redo their method. I was told they would have to recharge me. Keep in mind afterwards, I also purchased vinegar items from Amazon which captures a lot of the gnats as well. Honestly, if it wasn't for me purchasing the items from Amazon, the gnats infestation would be 1000 times worse. I operate a business and rely on professional businesses to produce what they claim they offer. I own several real estate rental properties and daycares centers I would not recommend using this company.

These folks are exterminators. They kill everything. They use lethal poisons and traps. I just…read morecalled them about a skunk under my shed. They refused to say that they would kill it once they trap it. So I did some research. I called Wildlife rescue in St louis. They gave free advice... skunks are gentle little animals. They are just hoping to survive. (We shouldn't remove wild animals from our property, because the destructive teenagers will move in and do more damage). I removed my outdoor cat food and the skunk moved on. Rottler also uses poisons for mice. They say they use 'safer' chemicals, but anything that kills is a poison. When those sick mice are eaten by owls, fox and predators, those animals slowly die too. If you are trying to kill the Earth, keep using Rottler. Google Humane pest control to find better options.

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing.
