The service was $450, which was $100 cheaper than the company the buyer's agent recommended. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. Midwestern was also very responsive to all my needs with regard to receipts, lien waivers, etc. that I needed for closing. I will continue to use this company at my next home.

The gentleman came out and used a fog device to remove the gnats, after nearly a few weeks I still noticed Gnats. I called the company to see if they could return and possible use a different method such as pour something down the drain or even redo their method. I was told they would have to recharge me. Keep in mind afterwards, I also purchased vinegar items from Amazon which captures a lot of the gnats as well. Honestly, if it wasn't for me purchasing the items from Amazon, the gnats infestation would be 1000 times worse. I operate a business and rely on professional businesses to produce what they claim they offer. I own several real estate rental properties and daycares centers I would not recommend using this company.

He was honest and he said that he saw something that could be it but he suggested that I contact my insurance company first because of possible damage to my roof. And that is what I did. Comes to find out that I needed a new roof and I really didn't hear that much activity after he left. So why am I giving him a great review because he was honest. He didn't try to take my money he said that he maybe saw a little bit of activity but more than anything I probably need to call my insurance company regarding my roof. As we know raccoons and squirrels can enter your home at any time so if that's the case in the future I will surely contact them because of his compassion for wildlife and his honesty. They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

After one visit for a sales pitch, they kept showing up at our house two more times -- one of those at 7 a.m. -- even after we told them repeatedly that we weren't interested. Then, a month later, we get an "overdue bill" for a service we never scheduled, approved, or received. This company clearly preys on people and tries to trap them into bogus memberships. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews before even considering them. They make it nearly impossible to cancel or get them to stop contacting you. Stay far away and save yourself the frustration.
