Both my husband and I took the day off work and were told we'd get updates "in a couple of hours." 1:45pm (5 hours later): First call - might be turbo, need smoke test, "one more hour" 4:00pm (8 hours later): Finally told it's turbo, $6,500 estimate 4:45pm: Missy informs us the car was completely disassembled during diagnostic and will take over an hour to reassemble. But "sorry, we're closing!" She admitted they got "distracted" working on other cars during our diagnostic. We were never informed they'd be taking the car apart. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. Earl brothers didn't charge me, but I spent two hundered bucks towing it and wasted another two weeks.
