The parts and service person wasn't very nice on the phone back then and still wasn't when we told them it happened again. Anyway when we picked up the camper new water heater installed no manual was given with it nor instruction on winterizing which I know isn't required but they freely gave after it happened again and was gonna cost another $800+ to fix. Never mind the first fix cost $1000 due to a pressure test blew a ring on the toilet which they fixed without us giving them the go ahead. Won't be taking it there for service again knowing it's our fault that it needed fixed again but the customer service was just shotty from the start. Only reason got 2 stars is because the guys fixing stuff were very nice when I talked to them about what happened.

My fiancé previously called to explain we had a gooseneck hitch and that holes would need to be drilled through the plate in order to install them. They said ok and wait time was a day and a half. At the day and a half they called and said they couldn't put the airbags in because they'd need to remove a bolt. Their reasoning when they called me was because they didn't have the tools to do it but when my fiancé called they said it was due to liability. Hm....

However young and not a lot of experience he is the only one who knows anything about engines period. Moe told me when I first called him to inquire about their engine team that he had an individual who would be working on my truck that had 40 years experience. Come to find out the only engine guy they have is Eric who is 34 years old. So unless he started before he was born would be difficult. To have 40 years experience. I took a simple Reman Cummins there auto have seized motor replacement I had motor shipped there from best reman a very high volume reputable Cummins reman shop. It started from the very get go... Moe texts me when the motor arrived from best reman saying that the motor had metal shavings in the head and they were going to need to flush the motor out. I asked for photos couldn't provide clear photos. I called best reman back explained what Moe said they said interesting we've heard this before we have photos we can send you of the motor pre and post seal. They did... no metal shavings. They said we will help you just tell him we will bring out another new motor and take the other back. I called Moe said hey best reman is going to just bring another new motor and pick up the one that you say has metal shavings in it. I said by the way they sent pre and post seal photos and I saw them... no metal shavings. Moe said ohh my mechanic said there are metal shavings in there but it was just silver grease. I said is this the mechanic with 40 years experience. I left it go and they continued on with the reman replacing essentially everything that could possibly replaced. I don't blame them for that I'd rather be safe than sorry. But they call say it's all done test drove it ready to be picked up but we need remainder of payment. Only business I know which will not take another business check they want paid via Zelle or Venmo go figure. With the request they want you to give them a Facebook review. Of course at this point in time I want to provide a good review and get my truck before they screw something else up. So paid with Venmo left a good review they call 5 days later and say hey truck isn't running and has a def code on you need a new fuel prime pump we can get a used one for 900 and what do you want us to do with the def code. I asked if it was an old code and just not cleared they didn't know. I said no please don't do anymore work on the truck I will bring a mechanic to take a look at it. I'm from Ohio my mechanic and I drive to Michigan to take a look at the truck we bypassed the primary fuel prime pump all together not that... we went and bought a simple inline pump and connected to truck and ran fine. Stay away from this place I've made contact with some of the people on google reviews and Facebook with very similar experiences. If you have a tail light out or blown tire probably ok.

State of Michigan is now investigating them. My legal is now taking over. DON'T GET YOU VEHICLE REPAIRED BY THEM!!!
