The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. Moore, again, was able to make the repair in a day, getting me safely back on the road. Chris was in constant communication and was so considerate and understanding.

Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Additionally, he ensured to show me how the cost was calculated (we all know car repairs can be pricey but he also makes sure that you know where your money is going!) Sad to see there are services near me that take advantage of the elderly…read more I was trying to get my vehicle with from a dealer in N.C., safety inspected because they could not certify in Md. Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days. I don't have another $119.00 to give them. Now I'm driving illegally waiting on my next SSI check to take it somewhere else.

She missed an important family function because the greedy liars at Wells lied to her and cheated us. It is my wish that all the people at Wells Automotive have terrible mishaps and profound angst like they have done to us. Thousands and thousands they took from my family! Avoid Wells at all costs.
