Great Customer Service & Great Pricing. Dave emailed me late Saturday night and said they would be there Tuesday morning between 8 & 9. Just past 8am, Eric showed up (Amazing guy), explained the problem, had a zone out, we figured I had a bad valve after doing some tests. I literally walked a few steps away, when I heard a "thud", I turned around, he had already found the buried valve box. 10 min later it was replaced, and the zone was working. I asked him to check some of the heads, he actually walked around and marked the ones that Really needed to be replaced, and not just replaced to make more money. The work is very clean, very professional, quick, honest, great service, great price. I compare this to previous experiences, and it's night & day. Great Job Eric!! read more

My above ground sprinker valve cracked when we had the last freeze where temps got in the single digits. Water was bursting out of the valve everywhere. The only option was to turn off the main valve that goes to the house. Because of the timing, (Christmas holiday), it was next to impossible to reach anyone so I went without water to the home for 2 days. I finally looked online and saw this company on yelp and read the reviews. I called David and explained my problem and that I was without water. He was able to fit me in same day. I was so impressed. His crew came and installed a very nice underground double check valve. Price was very reasonable too. Thank you David to you and your crew. Keep up the great customer service. read more

Hired these guys to service my current sprinkler system. Had them upgrade my controller to a Wi-Fi base system. I love this new feature. What a great find. Am so happy I found this company on Yelp and called them. My irrigation problem actually started a few weeks ago with some landscaping work done by a different company. Noticed several zones weren't working on my system after that landscaping company was long gone and the spring rains ended. Called D&R and from the very first words exchanged with David, I could tell things were going to be alright. Outstanding customer service and response end to end. His team had the proper equipment and training to do the wire repair right, and at a reasonable rate to boot. Without question, I will gladly call them again in the future for any unforeseen irrigation issues, and even regular system tune-ups. Needed a 1st-time sprinkler repair. D&R came up and the Reviews here on Yelp convinced me to try them. They are spot-on. David took my call and said he could have a crew out, same day. Kevin arrived very timely. Explained the problem and he repaired the broken line, including a small mod to ensure flexibility that would keep it from breaking should the head be suppressed. REALLY a very professional, knowledgeable and nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Cost was extremely fair and reasonable. Called D&R on Monday AM and they were able to accommodate our needs that afternoon. We incurred a minor emergency after replacing some fence posts and damaging our neighbor's sprinkler line. Eddie showed up and took care of the issue within minutes. At my request, Eddie did an analysis of our system as well. He fixed a handful or sprinkler heads, replaced two cracked pipes along the driveway (likely run over) and walked us through the watering efficiencies he made.
