I found them to be exceedingly rude. I emailed them about yard service and landscaping, and got a reply "We don't service that area of Irving.  So sorry!  Thanks erin". Since I'm not that far from them I thought maybe there was confusion over where I'm at, but figured it was their call, so I replied "You're by Hard 8 off Bethel? Like maybe 7 miles down Beltline from me? But you don't service my area? Well thanks anyway Erin. Erin Hagen's reply was "That's exactly right.   Never have and we never will.  Too much traffic too little profit on mows." Gave me the impression they were offended I even asked. Extremely unprofessional and rude. 1. Mark was 1 hour late to our appointment 2. He also went to the wrong address 3. When he finally arrived he never introduced himself or said what company he was with 4. Promised he would have a "rough estimate" the next morning. Which we did not receive. 5. Have used this company for years for weekly lawn mowing. They are completely reliable, always do a good job, very friendly and competent front office staff and the prices are reasonable. Having moved to Coppell recently I wanted to support the local businesses and contacted Coppell Lawn and Garden to help with my yard re-design. Should have known when I did not receive a call from them after 3 attempts but finally Mark showed up with an iPad and showed pretty pictures and said he would get back the same evening with a quote. Nothing! Called after 3 days to enquire about the quote and Mark says he's very busy with other jobs and he would have it to me by next day. Nada! I call again after another couple of days and he says he's busy and that he'll get back..yup..the next day. Zip! HORRIBLE customer service!! Learn to respect your customers Mark. read more

I am new to Coppell and I based my selection off Coppell Lawn and Garden based on these Yelp reviews, so to pay it forward I wanted to express my delight in this company. If you are looking for confirmation this is it. When I called Erin she was very attentive to me. she made sure I understood how everything operates and how their crew functions. She explained all the various services she offered and then had the Master Gardner follow up with me. We use Sergio as our Master Gardner and I have to tell you this guy knows his stuff. He told me that one of my trees had mites and explained to me what that means (tree and bugs compete for resources and bugs always win out), I asked him how we could tell it had mites just by looks? He held out his clipboard with a white paper on it and shook a branch, sure enough a dozen red small bugs scurried around on the paper! He diagnosed my lawn like a pro! When we moved into the house the beds were full of weeds and small unwanted trees. Erin worked with me and sent over a crew that worked many hours clearing out all my beds (it's a huge yard mind you), these guys were totally professional and awesome! When finished they knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted to inspect and that they would touch anything up that might need the attention. Folks, it was night and day difference, I felt like they added value to the house from the immaculate work they did. Mark's crew does an excellent job mowing my lawn as well, they don't leave a stone unturned! Erin and Mark are hard working owners of this company and they put customers first. Mark met with me and offered up a great backyard plan, one that included an attractive yet very low maintenance design. Took me to the nursery and we walked the lot looking at lots of options and never did I feel pressured to choose or buy anything. He truly wanted me to be fully satisfied with whatever it is he planted, rather than getting me to buy high-dollar stuff. His crews are efficient, hard working, and polite.
