The first was a leak in a hose and they replaced it and it still leaded. I just got back from picking up my one of my trucks and they didn't listen to me and Larry lied about what was said. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!

I took it to TSM and they told me the compressor was bad and that it would be $1300 to fix. I was concerned, but I went ahead and approved the repair. I picked up my car after they had closed and while driving home, the cold air stopped blowing!! The original problem was NOT fixed it would work, then it wouldn't work, just like it had been doing before the $1300 repair. I took my car back the next day and they said there was a circuit that was dirty which was causing the air conditioner to quit, and oh, by the way, the compressor was bad too, so the $1300 was necessary. In the end the TMS auto, the' Elite Ethics Certified' repair shop is nothing more than a parts swapping repair service, that will support their mechanics regardless of the cost to the customers. So, think twice before going there.

Jacob and the staff at Wayne Croy are great! Friendly and efficient. Honest and reliable. I visited for an auto inspection. Earlier in the week, I called to get a walk in and learned they process auto inspections at the start of their day. I arrived and had the inspection completed in about 30 minutes. This hometown business offers a humble waiting area with restrooms, magazines and a soda vending machine. After the old man sold the business it just wasn't the same treatment, repair quality, or pricing for any of my vehicles. They forgot to do this or that, gave me the cold shoulder after I mentioned it, and price estimates through the roof! If I wanted dealer pricing, I'd just go to Aristocrat! Last straw was this crazy high estimate that just screamed "get a second opinion"! I did...at Rennsport. And lo and behold, they did the exact same repair for $3100 less!!
