First appointment they rescheduled with 30 minutes left in the appointment window. Second appointment was booked for Tuesday 8am-12pm. As of about 12:10pm, no communication. On the day of the reschedule there was NO communication that my job had been reassigned to another tech or that the appointment window had shifted from 8-12 to 10:30-2:30. Had the tech messaged me any later I would have been in the office. The tech that arrived was knowledgeable and he was very nice. Parts are needed so we'll see how this plays out.
