Jake, our Sales Associate was very knowledgeable regarding the different Bosch models' features and benefits. He answered all our questions clearly. But even more helpful was that when I explained my concern that our Dishwasher which died was the original dishwasher from 1994, and since we had new granite counters installed some years afterwards would a new Bosch Dishwasher fit and work properly. Without hesitation Jake offered to come to our home and measure the space, etc. to be sure a new one could fit and work. He made an appointment for a quick visit to measure the space and assess the plumbing set up, etc. At our home, after checking, Jake assured us that the new Bosch Dishwasher would be fine. We bought the 800 Series 24" Dishwasher later that day! Jake truly went that "extra mile" that you very seldom see in today's retail environment. This is why Suzanne and I awarded a well-deserved 5 Stars Review to Slyman Brothers.

They tried for about 5 minutes and said it couldn't be done. So they just left I had to return the fridge! They had also told me I would have to hook up the water supply. Well, not at Bill's! They did a perfect job! The salesman was friendly and informative and the delivery guys were amazing!! They had to work at it, but they were very smart and experienced (and funny too). They got the old refrigerator out and perfectly installed my new one plus a new dishwasher. They really know exactly what they're doing. What a relief! This is the place to go for appliances. Made sure all packaging was removed and tested the oven and burners. They set the clock and showed me how the oven controls worked and the timer. I am rescinding my 5 star review…read more Last night, just months after we paid full price for a professional installation the loaded Asko dishwasher tipped out of the cabinet as not one single retaining bolts were installed. We found the bolts and the specialized retaining spaces in the owners manual bag. At least the installer did not discard them. After watching several Asko sponsored instructional videos online last evening I secured the dishwasher as the installation professional neglected to do. Seems like securely attaching the appliance would be a basic step.

A technician came out and completed the work, but within five days the issue resurfaced -- clearly related to the original repair. When I contacted the office expecting basic follow-up service under the warranty, I was instead met with resistance and unnecessary defensiveness. The customer service representative, Debbie, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. Rather than listening or acknowledging that this was a warranty call tied to work they had just completed, she repeatedly focused on warning me about potential trip fees if the issue was somehow "my fault." This was completely inappropriate given that the problem returned almost immediately after their service. The tone was dismissive and confrontational instead of solution-oriented. For a company that promotes itself under the Neighborly brand, this experience was anything but neighborly. At no point did I feel like they stood behind their work. Instead of owning the situation and scheduling a prompt follow-up, the conversation felt like an attempt to pre-emptively shift blame and protect billing. Because of the incompetence in resolving the issue and the unacceptable level of customer service, I chose to fire Mr. Appliance and take my business elsewhere. If you value professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer service -- especially on warranty repairs -- I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Noah let me check out the tools and crack open a box to make sure everything looked good and wasn't missing any parts. The rotary tool(Dremel as most of us call them) was missing a few pieces from kit so he knocked a little off the price. The oscillating tool was new in the box and had no apparent issues, got it home and it seems to work just fine. The rotary tool turns on and doesn't appear to have any damage! We had previously purchased a washer and dryer as well(not on this trip though) Great price for some new/mostly new tools!
