Would not recommend. It took them 2 months and tried 3 different parts before my stove top was repaired. Terrible communication as well.

Blake was the service technician that arrived at my home this morning to address several plumbing…read moreissues I had, faucet concerns and replacement. He was very polite and respectful while in my home, even wearing protective shoe covers. He arrived at 8:00am as scheduled and spent 2 hours completing a "Home Diagnostic Inspection" which included examining all my hot water heaters and ALL plumbing fixtures throughout my home which I was not expecting. He then presented me with a service plan at $60 per month for a maintenance plan which gave me a discount on future services (10%) and a 50% discount on the service call fee of $119.00. He also gave me a bid on replacement cost for several faucets which I felt was a little bit higher than I was willing to pay. He said I could buy my own parts but the installation charge would be higher. I told him "Thank you but no thank you". He gave me a bid for the removal and installation of the 'Insinkerator' instant hot water dispenser that I had already purchased. The bid was extremely higher than I ever expected! But, the technician was here and I wanted it done, however I only elected to have ONE faucet replaced which made the price go up! Long story short, I was charged $815.36 for the installation which took One Hour and Fifteen minutes (I provided the part). In addition to this, I was charged $119.00 for the service call fee! I paid a total of $934.36 and 2/3 of the time he was here was spent on trying to sell me a service plan for my plumbing, H-Vac system as well as my electrical needs for $60 A MONTH! Then, you get a whopping 10% discount on the service call fee! I calculated that this service call was $12.47 per minute! I contacted the company customer service representative to talk about what I thought was an extremely high charge and all she could offer was that they have to pay for gas, tools and expenses! She also reminded me that I signed and agreed to the bid (she told me this 5 times). I told her I DID agree that that was their bid and I paid it! I did not agree that it was a fair price but I did not want to confront the young technician. I called HER to discuss the issue, to see if she thought that $934.36 for 1 hour and 15 minutes labor was fair. She did! Call this company if you have money to burn but you will get your work done politely.

Never provided a written estimate or invoice after service; 3. 6/16 and 18. water on floor 6/16, 6/18 (even though water turned off at wall, and Ice maker not turned on). 9 days have passed since last service call. 4. 6/24. PACE refrigerator repair: 3pm-5pm. 2 repairmen, one visibly upset with wife in hospital, a bit "short" with me when I asked questions. Got my repair confused with another and almost walked out thinking I was under warranty. I stopped him to make sure I paid for any outstanding balance. 6/29/26. Paid $270. Total pd $365. Expected $155-$95+200=$260 total?? NEED TO SEE ITEMIZED TOTAL. (never provided). 6. looking for PACE receipt via email on 6/29; sent email 6/30 for missing receipt. 7. Called PACE for mail of receipt; (to be mailed 7/7, expect by 7/10? (still not in mail as of 7/13.) 8. 7/8 leak still there; 9. return on 7/9 2-4pm; Condensation pan has cracks and hence leaking. Why was this not addressed on first call/repair as the real problem? Will advise (7/10 in am) on cost to replace or glue/tape!? Why am I going to be charged again for an incomplete repair that did not solve the problem and seems to be misdiagnosed? (I need to know if the original valve part replaced was actually the problem and did not need to be replaced?) 10. They claim to have a A 90 DAY PARTS/LABOR WARRANTY, At this point, I have been exceedingly patient. I expected a completed, lasting, and satisfactory repair, and did not receive it. 11. After waiting 29 days for a response, On 7/28, I filed complaint with BBB.org. I requested FULL REIMBURSEMENT for the amount paid: $365. 12. It is now 8/18/26. BBB says no response after a 14 day period allowed for the business to respond/resolve. It has been 40 days since the business last contacted me.

Enter Kevin for the sink, and Bruce for the refrigerator. Kevin fixed the MB sink, which was corroded and needed a replacement drain. Bruce told me the 40-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator in the basement was a loss, as the freon it's using is running out, and no longer available, replaced a long time ago by another coolant. OKEY DOKEY . . . time to get another refrigerator for the basement, but this Whirlpool sure served its 40 years well!! Lastly, Bruce told me the kitchen Whirlpool refrigerator needed new gliders for the freezer basket. I could see how they were not working completely. Bruce ordered the gliders and within a couple weeks, he was here to install said new gliders. They worked perfectly. And Bruce showed me how well that freezer basket was working and actually the whole damn drawer opened . . . something I had never experienced. YIPPEE on all counts!! I still need to contemplate getting a replacement refrigerator for the basement. Nothing fancy at all. Just a plain old refrigerator. We'll see!
