Then we inoculated logs ourselves by drilling, filling with mushroom spawn, and waxing. After the workshop, we felt confident enough to inoculate about 60 of our own logs the next spring. I also attended a food forest workshop, herb spiral workshop, and tours of the property. Michael is an excellent speaker with great ideas.
