Once we had a chance to review he and the crew were off and running. The overall job done is simply amazing. We had them clean up our front yard (it looks nice now!!!) and remove a tree. You can't even tell there was a tree before. He cleaned out our front flower beds and added a beautiful gravel area replacing the mulch. This was such a simple and easy process! During the mushroom workshop, we toured the various places where he is growing edible mushrooms on his property, including wine cap mushrooms on wood chips and shitakes and oysters on logs. Then we inoculated logs ourselves by drilling, filling with mushroom spawn, and waxing. After the workshop, we felt confident enough to inoculate about 60 of our own logs the next spring. I also attended a food forest workshop, herb spiral workshop, and tours of the property. Michael is an excellent speaker with great ideas.
