A team of 3 arrived on time and worked their way from top to bottom of my 4 story home. They washed the exterior of my house, washed windows and the window sills and even the sky lights (I wasn't expecting that!). D&S Window Cleaning cleaned my windows a few days ago and did an awesome job. They showed up on time and even brought booties to wear in the house. I can't recommend this company enough! Dave and one of his sons arrived on time and were sincere and polite from the moment they arrived until they time they finished. I found myself smiling as I watched them work. My windows and screens were a horrible mess. This was at the very end of a remodeling project, so the screens were covered with sheetrock dust, a bit of paint overspray and general neglect over the past few years. From my experience with other service providers, these were all the reasons that would have justified a big up-sell or price increase as the work was being done. But that never happened. What they quoted me online without actually seeing the condition of the windows (I described the terrible state of my windows as best as I could in my quote request) is what they charged me at the end. I happily gave them nearly a 30% tip. Their attention to detail was amazing! I could go on and on, but I've already written so much. Again, I can't recommend them enough. read more
