CERAMIC REVIEW - Going to start off by saying I visited 4 different detailers in the area, all with great reviews looking to get ceramic on my truck. D&T was the only one that took a look at my truck and told me exactly what it was going to cost to get the whole truck done. All other shops used the 'depends on how much paint correction' and then gave me a range that was either cheaper or could have been twice as expensive. No nickel and diming. No this was not inexpensive, but it was not overpriced! I will say that I am amazed at the quality of the ceramic and the way the truck looks. When it comes to quality, even the chrome on the floorboards still looks great. It has snowed and rained, and the truck looks brand spankin' new. I will update as time goes on, but I will definitely be bringing my other cars here and recommend 10/10! read more

Absolutely blown away at how my vehicle looks after taking it to D&T ultimate detail for a sapphire ceramic coating. When I first brought my vehicle to them, it had light white swirls In the paint due to the previous owner, taking it through car washes. D&T made the paint look like glass and the ceramic coating is out of this world as when it rains the water just beads right off. If you plan to keep your car a good long while I definitely recommend. Will be washing my car by hand from now on to keep it looking icy. The pricing is definitely worth it as I will not have to worry about waxing my car for another 4 to 6 years. read more

My son took his Harley there at the end of the season last year and I was amazed at the results. Dan detailed his bike and then applied the Sapphire V1 ceramic coating and it looked better than when it came off the show room floor. I just took my 2002 Road King and my wife's 2014 Mazda MX for a detail and ceramic coating also. Dan buffed out some scratches and did an Amazing job with detailing. We have been long time customers of D&T Auto Detail. In 2015, we purchased a beautiful forest green Chevy Silverado. We didn't want the color to fade, so, in 2017, we had D&T coat it with the Sapphire Ceramic Wrap. Almost five years later, it still looks perfect. People stop us all the time to comment on the truck and ask how we keep it looking so good. We always tell them about D&T Auto Detail. We have taken our truck in for detailing yearly, usually after a summer of camping, and it comes back completely spotless EVERY time. Last week, we had a small mishap and scraped one side against a wooden post and it left a few good scrapes. We called D&T and they buffed every scratch out. It looks as good as the day we brought it home. The ceramic coating was worth every penny. D&T is a hardworking and very professional shop. They care about our truck as much as we do. Worst Money Ever Spent!!! When I walked into the business the gal working at the front desk said to me that I was getting the best detailer they had in the shop. Paid $220 to have my truck detailed. I had very tiny rust speckles which I wanted to have removed. They assured me it would be no problem! When I picked up my truck all he did was wash it. I opened my car door and the door jams were filthy, he didn't do a thing about the rust speckles. It was a pathetic, horrible job. To top things off, when I was picking it up the guy was literally begging for a tip. He went on and on about how he's not paid very well. He made me feel totally uncomfortable! Literally the worst money I have ever spent. Save your money, find anyone else but them to detail. A complete waste of hard earned money! read more

I have used D&T auto detail a handful of times over the past 10 years every time they have done a great job, been very quick and have very reasonable prices. Recently I bought a new truck and prepared several other vehicles to be sold. I worked with D&T over the coarse of about a week bringing in one vehicle and taking out another. The services they did for me included: several full details, window tint, vinyl wrapping and ceramic coating on my brand new 2018 Ford 350. Everything looked great! One of the vehicles that I was getting ready to sell was a 1947 Willy's Jeep. The paint was tarnished and really dull. It almost looked pink. The crew worked magic on this little jeep, it came out sparkling and looking brand new. They even waxed the roll bar. Complete transformation! I will continue to go there for all my detail and restoration needs and would recommend anyone else. read more

This review is based on customer service only... I bought a voucher through LivingSocial for a Full Interior and Exterior Auto Detail for $169 ($338 value). The women who inspected my car, opened the back door and in less than 3 seconds told me that she was going to charge me an additional $40 for 'excessive pet hair." I was a bit surprised as I have seen what 'excessive pet hair' looks like, and I can guarantee you that it does not apply to my car (I use a pet hammock seat cover to protect my upholstery.) This is a subjective matter but needless to say, I walked away and requested a refund. I went to the self service car wash on the way home, spent $1 and about 3 minutes vacuuming my car... All 'excessive pet hair' was completely gone. It's not about the money but a matter of principle. read more

BUYER BEWARE! This was a $200 rip off! We could have had A better job at the octopus. There is a film on the car, there are bugs on the windshield, dirt on the seat, the carpet was not vacuumed in the back, the grill is not clean the tires and wheels are dirty and there was still dirt in the cupholder. The guy blew us off and took $25 off! All I can say is don't waste your time... Try a cheerleading squad, they will do a better job! read more

I was very disappointed with the service I received from D & L. We took in a large SUV in August it came back beautiful so impressed, couldn't say enough nice things about D&L. Not sure if it is under new management or new employees that just don't care. We took a car in for a full detail in May for $150.00- the interior looked like it was never touched. The windows still had finger prints, the seats were still dusty, (was told they would be steamed cleaned) had to re-vacuum the back seat. Had armorall runs on the doors onto the upholstery, running from the dashboard into the stereo, etc. It is too bad that this company has gone downhill I believe it was a good company @ one time. I could not recommend this company any longer in good conscious. I will take my business to a company that values good customer service read more

My son in law left his pick up in my garage for a few months. It was absolutely FILTHY !! I mean, it was really gross, smelled like smoke, and junk thrown everywhere. I called D&T auto detail and they said to bring it over and even gave me a ride home. Then they returned the truck to my house, and it looks brand new! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I couldn't even believe they would do it in the first place, it was that bad! Now, I have washed all the seat covers and they will pick up the truck at my house, put the seat covers back on an bring the truck back. (of course I pay extra for this, but I could never do it myself). But no extra charge or picking it up and returning it, which is a huge help for me. Thank you D&T. YOU ARE THE BEST !!! read more

I bought a Living Social deal to get my car detailed here. Getting it scheduled was a nightmare, as the owner often answered the phone when out of the office and was unable to schedule anything. She would then forget to call me back so it took several weeks to make an appointment. After the detail was completed, I was impressed by how clean it was but I saw that my dashboard was damaged. The owner was incredulous, despite her husband saying that it was clearly their equipment that caused it. She was angry and short with me but said they would have their paint guy call me to take care of it. Several weeks later he called and said he was too busy to do it then but would get an appointment scheduled with me right away. I never heard from him again and he ignored the VM I left him, as did D & T. I had my car detailed 5 months ago and the damage remains. I will never used this business again. read more

I recently had my truck and my wife's SUV detailed at D and T auto detailing. We bought the details on Groupon for a good deal. Both vehicles are the cleanest they have been in years which I am happy about. I do have some disappointments though. My wife's vehicle had minor damage to the driver door as well as a stain on the drivers seat that was not there when we dropped the vehicle off. Her windshield also had greasy streaks. My truck windshield also had greasy streaks and soaking wet floor mats. I pulled the floor mats out of the back seat and a stream of water literally flowed off both mats. While I enjoy the clean vehicles, I wasn't thrilled with the disappointments. While the price was good, I would pay more to go elsewhere to have a better job done. read more
