Ordered two subs the other day. Every single piece of "chicken" on the tatami sub was pure fat. The hunk of fat after hunk of fat. Tried calling to request a new sub or refund and sat on hold for 30 minutes. No one in the store would answer the phone. Waited almost an hour and tried again. Despite having signs stating staff are wearing masks, they are most definitely not, despite the fact that a deadly pandemic is currently happening. Old guy working the cash register tells me to have a "safe" day while breathing his potentially infected breath all over me. How can i have a safe day if you aren't doing your part in protecting your customers, even as I protect you by wearing my mask? I ordered my grilled sandwich online around 4 p.m. yesterday. I indicated that I wanted to pick the sandwich up at a quarter to six. I arrived at the restaurant, some 10-15 minutes before the selected pickup time, and was surprised that the sandwich was already ready, sitting in a tinfoil wrapper on the counter. I paid for the sandwich and drove from D'angelo's directly to my home, a ride that took about 10 minutes. When I arrived there, I was surprised at how cold the sandwich was! My suspicion is that it was prepared much closer to the time the order was placed than to the selected pickup time. These sandwiches, with their lettuce, tomatoes, loaf, etc., don't really lend themselves to re-heating. You would think that the staff would be well aware of this and would do a better job of putting the sandwich together closer to the requested pickup time. The failure to do this resulted in a product that fell far below what it advertizes and what I reasonably expected. In short, there was no way that the sandwich given to me was worth what they asked for it (and which I paid)! read more

I eat at D'Angleo's quite frequently (maybe twice a month). 75% of the time I eat there I have something wrong with my food. Of course, I do not realize it until I get all the way to my house. For example: twice I ordered a chicken cobb salad. The first time it had no chicken, no cheese and no pita-only two tomatos, lettuce and a few green peppers. For $8.50 I got ripped off for such a small salad. The second time I ordered it I got 2 small pieces of almost raw chicken (not grilled), no salad dressing, no pita and no cheese. The sandwiches are okay, they would be great if they actually added the right items to them. Also, I feel as if when I go there, there is always a new clerk putting through the orders and running the cash register. So instead of a 2 to 5 minute order it takes 15 minutes to put through the computer. I think if the employees actually listened to what the customers want than it'd would be so much better. read more

Ordered a sandwich and it was done in under 5 minutes, my first red flag. When I entered the restaurant, the cashier Josh, thought it would be funny to use my name in every sentence. "Hi Jen, how are you Jen? Would you like your receipt Jen? Oh you'd like a soda Jen?
