AVOID THIS BUILDER .. STAY AWAY .. Jason agreed to add a wall to my house in Rocklin, including obtaining the necessary permit. I have already paid him 1500$ additional for the permit in addition to work done on the house and made all the payments. However, for the past two months, I have been trying to contact him to follow up on the permit, but I have received no proper response. He is not answering any calls or messages. The city has replied to his online permit request, asking for additional documents, but he has not responded. Despite receiving all the money, he has not paid the permit fee to the city. No response to numerous calls / messages / emails. I am now working on to start legal action as he has neither complete the permit work nor returned the money paid for it. First and foremost he keeps his word. He did a wheelchair ramp for my ex-wife and it was perfect. And no hassle and no it's going to cost more. He went out of his way too, to pick up the ramp from house and took all the way to the south area to install it. Never in all my years have I seen such crappy work. Jason and his team were sloppy, disorganized, unprofessional and never finished the job. The grout looks terrible, and it's stuck all over the bathroom. The shower insert is not installed correctly, none of the faucets were attached correctly. The shower leaks, the toilet is loosely attached to the floor and leaks, probably because the tile is uneven. We are likely going to have to redo all the work. What horrible workmanship. Horrible. Jason is my hero. He responded to what I thought would be a quick job. Hook up my gas dryer in my new house. My dryer is pretty old and the old fittings on my dryer didn't fit the incoming gas line. Jason went to the hardware store to get the parts he needed to get me hooked up. He offered to replace my washing machine drain hose and ran out to the hardware store to get what we needed for that too. I figured he spent an extra 45 minutes running to the store and back.
