He answered right away and agreed to come, take a look at our garbage disposal that wasn't working properly and see what the next steps steps would be. We scheduled a same-day appointment for arrival between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. At about 1:00 pm I received a text from Josh asking if he could arrive a little later, due to being held up on another job. I said sure. Then at about 4:45 Josh called and asked if he could come around 6:15. Again, I said sure. (I have to say I very much appreciate the excellent communication, keeping me posted throughout the day!) Josh arrived a few minutes early, around 6:05 pm. He got right to work on the garbage disposal. When he first switched it on he thought there might be a major problem, necessitating replacement of the appliance. He took it apart and found it was a quick fix. He was probably on site for about 30 minutes. Everything is working now. And as far as cost goes.... Josh left it up to me. My disposal was seized and I contacted John to come out and replace. I called at 10:00am . John answered and said he could be here by 2:00pm. He then texted me around 11:00 and said he finished earlier than expected was I available. Great timing, John was here in 30 minutes. He looked at the disposal and said he would like to try a couple things. After looking it over he did some things and was able to get it working again. John had quoted me $165 to come and install a new disposal. John was able to fix ours, because he was only here for a short time he only charged me $125.
