First, I had six different companies come to my property to give me a quote for the removal of a dead boxed elder tree that was already breaking down, leaning on a neighboring tree, and about 50-60 feet tall. Although one of the other five quotes came in $50 under his, I decided to book with D'Arbor Masters because Darius was the ONLY person to notice the other trees on my property and provide free advice for the care and maintenance of those trees after I mentioned that we had just purchased our home a year ago. He was very helpful without being pushy. I ended up having them trim some dead limbs from some maple trees in our yard about 20-30 feet up as well. Wow! I am very impressed by the work done by D Arbor Masters. We had two massive trees and one small tree taken down. The work was done very well and very fast. We used D Arbor in May 2019 to remove two huge pine trees from our backyard in Des Plaines. Darius came out the same day we called for the estimate. They removed both trees and trimmed one in 90 minutes. All the branches and clippings were picked up. This arborist had great reviews and I needed serious advice about many trees and a failed magnolia that my landscaper had highly recommended and planted. Darius responded to my inquiry very promptly and was happy to meet me at my home over the weekend. (since I work ) We examined each tree, how to save some birches and what impressed me was his deep knowledge of each species and that he had no interest in trimming or pruning many large trees that he promised were in excellent condition and size.
