Everyone has been really great to work with. May 2024 - I finally scheduled our annual maintenance. They sent James out. He was fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, polite and professional. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

They are actually very friendly and customer service oriented when you call them, but not surprisingly their business model is built on grossly high margins and milking as much labor revenue as they can. They installed our air conditioning a few years back and connected the wires wrong. It seemed to work fine but would shut off on days when the temperature got too high. On my first "complimentary" service call, the technician noticed the install was wrong and fixed the wiring. It worked fine. Fast forward a few years to my first paid service call. They set an appointment and then cancelled the evening before and had me reschedule. First world problems but it is hard to arrange your schedule to be around for the service window - so I complained about the inconvenience. On the day of the actual service, two parts were found to be "out of spec" and while the parts were under warranty, they still charged 30 minutes of labor to install them. It rubbed me the wrong way because the call itself is already expensive ($379). That price includes a filter replacement, a cheap one-month filter that doesn't even properly fit the unit. I asked if I could skip the filter and have the price reduced. Of course the answer was no. So they are getting great high-margin revenue from the call, but they couldn't resist tacking on another $160 to replace "out of spec" parts that probably weren't needed. Everything was working. The technician was nice. He even called management to ask if he could waive the service charge. See his notes in the picture I shared. Management valued $160 over any future business. Compare that to The Garage Door Works, who similarly missed an appointment with me and proactively offered a discount on a new door installation as an apology. Or Les Schwab Tire Centers, who fixed a flat tire for free on a tire they didn't even sell me. Just a courtesy. At the end of the day it wasn't the dollar amount, but the fact that they would rather squeeze another 30 minutes of labor out of me than extend a courtesy after two sub-optimal experiences to earn my continued business. It says a lot about what kind of company this is. I left a message for the manager, voiced my frustration, and gave them the option to call me back if they felt they could help. No call. So I wanted to share this with you. It's not unusual for these companies to have bloated rates/fees/prices, but many have the decency to earn your business by going above and beyond, especially because they know how much margin they are already getting on things like service calls. CM behaves differently. My advice is to check out Greenwood Heating and Home Services or Aurora Plumbing instead. I haven't tried Greenwood yet but I personally had a great experience with Aurora Plumbing, and when you shop in their store they have experts who actually want to help you solve a problem. Do business with people that demonstrate customer service through their actions and not their marketing and customer service call scripts. Let me know who you think I should use going forward.

They stepped in​, worked with our landlord even when he was out of town, and took great care of us. They installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system, and the difference in comfort is ​r​eally something. The system is ​so much quieter and much more energy efficient​ than the house's old system. It ​h​as provided ​a​ very noticeable ​improvement in heating ​the home and when the time comes for cooling​, I'll circle back and rave about that then! ​After calling Kings when the old system crashed, Christopher came ​o​ut the next day to assess the equipment and location to assure ​t​hey have a heat pump system that would fit perfectly in ​t​he home. ​How's their customer service, you ask? Top Notch!     This is an update on a previous review. King's heating have once repaired our old heat pump +…read morefurnace system. At the time it was already aging and maybe had a few years left, but you couldn't beat repair vs replacement! The time has come last year to actually replace the entire system after the furnace also gave out. King's came out, did an inspection, quoted 3x different options from very moderately priced to all-electric heat pump only setup. We decided to go with the heat pump to eliminate the furnace all together. Financing was well explained and reasonable. Installation took 2-3 days due to the furnace being all the way in the attic above the 2nd floor. It has now been over a year since the install and we've weathered freezing temperatures really well. Happy with the new system, and happy we don't have a gas appliance above our head that needs a drain pan and an exhaust! We trust this business and definitely recommend them as they do quality work and will be honest and up front about all your options.

I called them for the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater in a townhouse that's notoriously hard to find (tucked down an alley and a flight of stairs). The technician arrived on time but initially couldn't locate the unit. Instead of giving up or charging me for a wasted trip, he waited patiently while I guided him in by phone. Once he found the place, he flushed the system, cleaned a pretty clogged inlet filter, and made sure everything was running perfectly. A couple of days later my tenant noticed the hot water was taking a little longer than usual to come on. I texted A-Game after hours expecting to hear back the next day, but they replied almost immediately, walked me through the tenant with a quick reset over the phone, No extra charge, no attitude -- just solid customer service. It's rare to find a plumbing company that combines technical skill with this level of patience and responsiveness, especially for rental properties where little issues can turn into big headaches fast. A-Game handled everything like pros and saved me a lot of stress. If you need plumbing or heating work done in the area, these guys are absolutely worth calling. Five stars without hesitation!
