I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid a deposit to schedule an installation, and while they initially set a date, the installer later reported he was injured. They then rescheduled and sent two other technicians, but shortly after, I was told they would not be available for another three weeks. Because I am preparing to sell my house and working on a tight timeline, I had no choice but to hire another contractor to complete the job. Despite multiple follow-ups and being told they would call me back regarding the refund, I have not received my deposit back and have not received any meaningful communication. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of follow-through, delays, and failure to return the deposit for work that was never completed is very frustrating and unprofessional. read more

First of all, I wrote a 5 star review 9 months ago and i would absolutely resend it. In summary, the flame sensor on my furnace was cracked, and there was a gas leak near it. All heating came out and condemned the entire furnace, which still has 10 years life left, cut the wires inside the motor so it cannot be turned back on, and told me i needed to replace my entire furnace. I had a family friend that is a licensed HVAC technician come out recently to look at it, told me the parts were under 600 dollars, and fixed it. I understand companies have high overheads, however i feel completely taken advantage and prayed upon. I am a single woman homeowner, and trusted them to make necessary repairs. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. I have spend thousands of dollars with them, and will never spend a penny more. Be EXTREMELY cautious if you use them. read more

It was easy to get ahold of this company and to know they were coming in the morning made me relax!¡! I regret choosing this company. Upselling is one thing, but overselling a project and for a clients needs is slimy business practice, and not answering emails with questions or concerns is poor customer service. They are overpriced on already high ticket items and I'm left feeling completely ripped off and dissatisfied with the company. They can do better. The installed in the middle if the night a 5 ton Bosche unit that is for 118,000 soft office building my condo is 1651.sqft. it's been a battle as I have an exotic that must have constant temp and an very old cat. They said nothing was wrong 3 or 4 times until I gave up and called another company. Then they said I negated they're warranty so I called Bosch and the receipt says 3 ton unit. Bosch flew out and looked the unit over then left after 3 hours all heating manager Michael Salas said he would be here he never showed. So I called Bosche who agreed and said it on a recorded line that it in fact was a 5 ton unit. I'm done with all heating and looking for refund or court date. read more

I had no idea what caused the break and was really concerned that there was an underlying, behind the glass issue with my older gas fireplace. When I questioned him as to the over $500 bill, when he had already admitted he didn't reconnect needed wires he threatened to leave. What a fantastic company to work with!!! We have a 20 year old gas fireplace that started to leak gas, the smell was horrible. We called All Heating to have a repair person come out and take a look. MITCH was the pleasant repairman who came and did all he could to diagnose the actual issue. Due to the fact that the fireplace is original and 20 years old, the thermal manifold was worn out and leaking badly. A new manifold is really really expensive, but MITCH was able to get the fee for his trip here to our home decreased from $$$ to $$. He has been so kind, helpful and understanding. Our furnace stopped working and our house was freezing since we had just gotten our first snow. I called and made a appt. Thomas came out, took a look and we needed a new furnace. Ours was about 25yrs old and it just didn't make sense to dump money into that dinosaur. The crew had excellent customer service. They even loaned heaters until the new furnace was installed. Called three companies - one was three months out from being able to service us (wow, happy that they are busy but ouch, that's a long time to wait for service), one never called back and the third call was to All Heating who came out about 10 days after our call. The service tech (Jesus) was a delight and had us up and working in no time. A pleasure to have had him in our home. It surprises me to see any negative feedback regarding this company - I guess it's just humans being human and sometimes we make mistakes. Good service. Needed to fix my new heat pump back in the early days of COVID so there was some challenges with scheduling. Had folks come out a handful of times over a few months to check the HVAC system and finally narrowed it down to a schrader valve (spelling?) in the heat pump which fixed it. There was a small mistake they missed, but they took responsibility and didn't charge extra for the correction which really surprised me. The big issue I had was the communication around scheduling and when I could get someone to come back out for a follow-up. For now I'll just blame it on COVID (and apparently poor weather) and will be using them into the future. Even signed up for their maintenance plan to check out the unit over time. read more

I was told the first day that a tech would be contacting me and nobody ever called me all day. I called again today on Friday March 19, 2021 and spoke to Hector and was told that a tech would be contacting me. Unfortunately, I received no call again from anyone at All Heating Service. We have a relatively old gas fireplace; and we just found that we could not adjust it as we used to. It has "got stuck" in one setting, full blast. Called Specialty Pump & Well, Thomas came out, and we could not have been more impressed. It took some time before he could identify the reason, but he kept going. While working, Thomas was engaging and telling me what he was doing. In addition, before putting the glass back on the fireplace, he did thoroughly clean it. I felt like I had a new fireplace. We got talking and I asked about the furnace, and he took a quick look and told me it is OK, and nothing needs to be done. For this he did not charge. Still no admission of mistakes in servicing my fireplace--and now making things up. Your reply is incorrect and revisionist. Our gas was off on the first visit--your guy did not even check the outside meter--but since he "couldn't get it to light" he recommended a replacement. It was NOT flagged for safety--you've now made that up--it was off b/c of non use (we have no other gas units). Yes, I agreed to the estimate--but didn't realize that you were fleecing me--even your expensive competition only charges $300 for a gas log install. The 2nd trip was to actually install. The 3rd trip was b/c the unit would not stay lit (there was a bent wire during install), not b/c of gas not flowing. I then needed to have multiple calls with your 'customer service' and still nothing. Sorry, trust is earned. read more
