Okko at Canyon Overhead doors was very helpful, and was able to find the color and design we wanted, at a very competitive price. We opted for a higher quality door from Martin, and they are very nice. Canyon delivered and installed the doors on schedule. The new openers from LiftMaster are really nice, much quieter than the old chain drive units we had. The wifi capability and improved lights are also a nice touch. We had a small issue with the new seal, but Mike came out the next day and had it all repaired and looking beautiful. It's great to see someone committed to getting the job done right. I expect these doors will last many years, but if we have a need for garage doors in the future, Canyon will be the first firm we call.

He told me everything was messed up and it would be $800 just to get the door back on its track and it might be even more for a new door. I didn't believe him and told him no. He demanded a $39.95 visit fee...I paid and sent him on his way. I found another company - Action Garage at (801) 262-5688. They came out and $300 later the garage door was fixed and working fine. Park City Garage Door Service are crooks...I wouldn't ever recommend them.

He was very condescending and argumentative. Before he would agree to come to my house, he asked me to text him a picture of the problem so he could determine whether or not it was worth his while to come out. I wanted to PAY them to perform a service (fix my garage door) that they advertise that they perform and they treated me like they were doing me a favor. What the heck is wrong with people?
