On 12/12 I had two smart locks installed by Greg at DV Lock & Key. I found them on Yelp and they are based in Park City. Many smart locks have to be installed precisely or they will malfunction. They did not program the locks. I only asked them to install them and I programmed them myself. They did an excellent job for a very affordable price. read more

My husband was installing a keyless entry system on our condo and when he tried to re-key the cylinder to use our existing keys, it didn't work and we were unable to access our unit with any key. Of course, this happened on a Sunday night, and Memorial Day was the next day and we were leaving town on Tuesday. I needed serious work on my vacation rental condo door, which has an automatic keypad. The latch mechanism was pretty messed up after I had to force entry due to the batteries doing dead since my last tenant left. The door had suffered significant damage as well around the latch area. Greg was there 30 minutes after I called him and had all the parts necessary to replace what was damaged and fix the door issue with a plate that did the job incredibly well. I called this company at 1:30am after just arriving from the airport and I was locked out of my house. They were technically closed. I left a voicemail asking for emergency help. It was freezing rain, the middle of the night, and we were stuck in the driveway. The locksmith called me back within 10 minutes and said he would get up and come meet me at the house. He quoted a reasonable fare for this service. My husband then luckily found his missing key. We quickly called the locksmith back and said nevermind. He was happy we got into the house and very pleasant, especially considering we woke him up. We didn't end up using him, but he was polite and professional.
