I was able to get a same day appt within 5 mins using the Yelp app. Location and parking were very easy. I had a full set and signature spa pedicure. Kevin did my nails. He gave me the exact shape I wanted and I am pleased the acrylic is not too thick or on my cuticles. He wasn't particularly nice and several times I mentioned to him that the chrome polish on my left hand was darker than my right. He ignored me each time and grabbed my hand back down to the dryer. I raised both hands up at this point with my nails facing him and STILL he ignored my concern. Val gave me the most relaxing pedicure. Thankfully since I was becoming highly annoyed. She removed my painful ingrown toenails swiftly. She also gave me cuticle oil and lotion for my hands after suggesting I wash away all the dust left behind from the chrome powder. I would definitely come back to Val. No one asked how my services were but I did hear a guy yell "Did u charge her for the pedicure?" as I was turning to leave. I did not witness any freshly sanitized tools being opened during my pedicure. I was not offered anything to drink during my time here. The atmosphere is small and narrow but still relaxing. I wouldn't say I had a bad experience here, but since I did not leave completely satisfied I cannot say I had a 5 or even 4 star visit. The nail tech Bob did my nails and he did a tremendous job. The design I wanted for my birthday nails came out better than I could ever imagined. Radiant unicorn nails! I have been coming to D Diamond nails for years not to get my nails done, but to always get my eyebrows waxed. I will say, they always do a great job on eyebrow waxing for a decent price but today I had a not so courteous experience. I came in and told Michael at the front I wanted an eyebrow wax, nothing more. When I went to the back to get my eyebrows waxed the lady came over and asked how she can help me, again I simply said "I'm here for an eyebrow wax". She proceeds to wax my eyebrows which as usual came out beautiful. But once she finished waxing my eyebrows she started going ahead and waxing my upper lip which I never asked for. Once she had already applied the wax on my upper lip, I did not say anything (even though I should've) since I figured there was not much that could be done since the wax was already on my face. She ended up waxing my upper lip (which I've never had done before and didn't ask for), and the worst part is I had just shaved my upper lip a few days before, so the hairs were very short to the point where this unwanted wax did absolutely nothing but leave my skin red. I ended up paying for the unwanted lip wax, and I am a bit disappointed in my experience today, however I will be coming back for my eyebrow wax in the future and I will make sure with the person doing my wax that they understand I ONLY want my eyebrows done. read more

This place is greattt. I walked in there for the first time for a gel mani and pedi and I had a positive experience. They are all nice and take their time. I went there to get a powdered dip mani and regular pedi. I got there around 2:40 and didn't leave until almost 5:30! My wait time was only like 10-15 minutes. I picked my colors. The guy assumed I wanted my nails cut and just started clipping one all the way down. I stopped him and told him those were my real nails and not tips. He got nervous and had another lady come and finish up. So I ended yo with all trimmed nails (strike 1). The pedicure was y too bad but the guy again assumed I wanted grey toes and started painting the first one grey out of nowhere. (Strike 2). The colors I picked for my dip were navy blue and gold. I'm sitting at the manicure station and now some other woman walks out to do my nails. She looks at them, gets up and disappears for almost 10 minutes. She comes back with a burger in her hand and says "I'm really hungry"... okay, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and let her eat. (Should've been a strike). She proceeds to paint my first nail and it's nowhere near the color I selected on the palette. Then she clipped them uneven. One side was more curvy and the other side was straight (Strike 3). I had her correct it and change the color since it didn't match the color pallet. I will NEVER go there again! I don't care if nothing else is open!!! The manicure was fine and the polish job was good but the technician was rude AF! She copped an attitude when I told her I don't like the machine and started talking to me condescendingly. She threw the nail ring at me, yup, threw it. When I asked about polish choices, she cut me off and said she didn't know the polish, what they had was what I saw. She watched a movie on her phone the entire time, and when it was time for me to pay she padded the check with an extra $5. When I challenged the extra charge she said it was to remove the polish. Thankfully the mgr was there, corrected her and gave me back my $5. The manicurist said she didn't know polish removal was included in the price of gel manicures. Seems kind of shady to me. How do you not know the prices after working as a manicurist for 3 months? Does she selectively pad the check or is she an equal opportunity check padder? Just wondering. This is the 4th day. Now I called an hour earlier to make an appointment with Kevin who started my soak off and then took care of another lady and they told me someone else would do my dip set which was wrong in my eyes because I specifically went there for him but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Right before she started I told her I wanted my cuticles CUT. This is my one and only request since they drive me crazy. She put the tips on and told me she filed them so good that there's no cuticle left to cut. You can see the top coat is applied unevenly and there's marks all over the nails. The nail bed is so thick. She didn't file them enough to make it look natural. The only part she did right was the nail shape. They look so funny, they are uneven with marks all over. Now would I go again? Absolutely not. But the owner Michael seemed so kind to the guests and place looked clean over all. read more

I just finished getting my nails done here! I called 10minutes before coming in. First thing I want to say is that I am SUPER picky about my nails. I typically get a French gel manicure, but am really particular about how I want my nails shaped and how I want the line. I didn't even need to say a word, they just got it. I didn't catch the name of the guy who did my nails but he did such an amazing job! He was more particular about the shape and cuticles than me! Then Michael finished off my nails by doing the white line. My nails ended up being EXACTLY how I like them. Not to mention that when I noticed how good of nail technicians they were, I last minute tried to get experimental and try something different like a French ombré lol. However, 5 hours after a gel manicure the polish was cracked and chipping on every nail. Nail artist seemed like she was in a really bad mood. While doing my manicure she put some of the tools in her mouth which im sure violates some health standards. She cut every one of my fingers in some way or another. Honestly I could have probably done a better job doing the manicure myself. There are MAYBE 2 good nail artists there, don't bother coming in. The salon is beautiful. The staff is friendly but the quality of work is horrible. I got a gel mani and had holographic dust added. It peeled off within a couple of hours. I went back to the salon the next day and my nail tech told me it was because he didn't properly polish them so he "fixed" them. They pulled off again within a couple of hours. I forgot to add I also got a pedicure and realized the lazy tech only put one coat of polish on my toes so they looked dull. I went back AGAIN to complain about the holo coming off and the lack of coats on my toe nails. He added another coat to my toes (poorly done) and told me I would get a refund when the owner returns. So the took off the holo gel and basically gave me a manicure I didn't ask for. The owner returns and gives me a partial refund because they removed the crappy holo polish. I will NEVER come here again. Don't waste your money. The quality isn't there. read more

Pedicure was okay, not the best. The eyebrows tho, absolutely awful. My arches are now in two different places and one eyebrow about 4 mm shorter than the other. And to top it off, AFTER i complain they tell me the woman who normally does eyebrows was off. AFTER THE FACT and then offers to have her fix them later this week. I am so beyond upset I can't even put it into words. I actually cried real tears because it was that terrible. I will NEVER be going back. read more
