Very clean and flavorful food. They were very fast the day we had lunch and would recommend to anyone try them again and again to experience the menu more thoroughly

Stopped by here on our way back to Florida from Louisville. A-DORABLE place to eat. Funky, vintage decor and the food was really good. The (spiked) lavender lemonade was so good! I had chicken tenders and they were also great. The service was quick and wonderful. Definitely will stop here again.

This place is so good. I have waited to give this review after sampling a good part of their menu. The Baria, the burgers and everything I have had here has been fantastic. I highly recommend the Baria melt and the corn on the cob appetizer. Also a great place to bring the entire family. Just a chill vibe.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to Dalton to have a windshield repaired, got it done & needed to eat. We found D Food Collab on Google Maps with really good reviews & decided this was the place. Street side parking was aplenty which is a definite plus. Walking into the restaurant had a cool eclectic kind of vibe. We were immediately seated at a high top (which I prefer) & sat in the most uncomfortable chair I've ever parked my tush in. Plus we were right under a speaker that was pounding out annoying sound for it being 3:00p in the afternoon...Our waitress came quickly & I shared my thought about the chair & that we had to move. She was a sweety & quickly moved us to another "low" table that ended up having equally uncomfortable chairs, just not as high... So the first impression was meh at best, but instead of doing what I normally would have & bolt out the front door, we decided to suffer through buttocks paralysis & give the food a try. And mostly glad we did. We ordered the fried pickles for an appt along with a couple of adult beverages. Our waitress brought out a plate of Fried Jalapeno's & said the kitchen screwed up & were making our Fried Pickles & said the Fried Jalapeno's were on the house if we'd like them. And we did like them, a lot & we cleaned the plate. Shortly after our Fried Pickles came out & were blisteringly temperature hot. After burning our tongues, we let them cool a little, then tried them again. Best I can say is they were meh. We both like frickles that are pickle slices instead of pickle spears & these were spears. The breading was delicious, but the pickle spears inside the breading were overly vinagery & way too big & we left the majority of the plate to go in the garbage. Next was on to our entrees: My lady ordered the Birria Melt which was a kind of a souped up grilled cheese sammy with Birria meat as a protein & she said it was excellent. It was accompanied with their fries that I had to taste & agreed with my lady that they were really good. I ordered the Ramen Birria & all I can say is ¡Dios mío, qué plato tan delicioso! For gingo's reading this, that translates to Oh my goodness what an amazing dish! It came in a cool bowl with fresh lime & a couple pieces of toast & was nuclear heat hot, so I had to suffer through patience waiting to give it a try without scorching my poor tongue. I finally figured out to use a fork to scoop up a helping of Ramin so it would cool, then to my salivating mouth. And oh my goodness, was it GOOD! I doubt they make it with goat which is the classic Mexican way, but whatever meat they use is succulent & tender. The broth was delicious with a nicely generous sprinkling of fresh cilantro, one of my favorite herbs. The combination of the excellent Birria with the Ramin noodles is a really creative way to meld two very different tastes & it was a 100% win. If we get back to Dalton again, I'll definitely do this dish again! Summary: 2 stars for the horrible make your tush numb uncomfortable chairs & way too loud mid-day music. 4 stars for the mix-up in our app order. 5 stars for the delicious food!!!!

Very fast service and good food! The first time I had the Quesabirria and it was a 10/10! This time I had the Classic Burger and it was delicious. There are TVs to watch the games and a nice environment.

First of all total vibe here is chill and stay a while. I would have sat and had coffee or read a book and ate tacos all day! We had great food. Loved it all. 9.99 lunch special today was a hit! The place was packed but the waitress acted like they were busier than normal and they were a little short staffed for the number of people. But she did great!

This place is the epitome of ambiance!! It's such an eclectic place to walk into. We were on a break from softball, and I found it online. It's in the downtown area of Dalton, but there was parking available. I could imagine it being scarce if the place were busy. We visited around 345p on a Saturday. When you walk in, there are things to look at everywhere! The seating is limited to what seemed to be about 20 tables, so if it's busy, they might have a wait. There were couches, chairs and stools all over. Like a museum!! We were immediately greeted by a young man, then our waitress/bar tender Erin. She was super sweet! She sat us and here we go with the experience!! We ordered waters and I ordered a strawberry margarita. Erin put her foot in that thing because it was amazing. She actually filled it to the rim. It was perfect. It was time to order, and yes, the menu has so much to choose from, so come hungry. I ended up getting 3 birria tacos with cheese and my wife ordered loaded fries. It took less 10 minutes to get our food and OH BOY!!! The birria tacos were STUFFED with meat and whew, as tasty as they come. My wife's loaded fries had guacamole, tomatoes, and onions. SHE LOVED THAT COMBINATION. This place is super chill, they had music playing in the background and happy people all over. There are signs all around to remind you to be happy. I love that!! Listen, if you are in the Dalton GA area for whatever reason, YOU NEED TO VISIT THIS PLACE and ask for Erin!!

If you're looking for somewhere to eat brunch on Sunday morning, Dalton has that option thanks to D Food Collab. Chicken and waffles, Burgers, wings, lengthy list of apps, burritos, and best of all fried chicken. Check this place out for really good food and amazing drinks. (Bloody Mary's are terrific)

Casa Del Cafe provided a nice cafe experience with solid vibes, great drinks, and attentive…read moreservice. Would recommend. We tried a few items from their beverage menu, including the specialty Churro Iced Latte, Mango Smoothie, and a Horchata Milk Tea. Each drink was well done and I liked the variety. I can be indecisive, but the descriptions made it easy to choose. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy, despite the large space. It had a relaxing vibe, smelled great also. The baristas were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a solid line of customers within a short waiting period. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail regarding the espresso-to-milk ratio. As someone who is caffeine-sensitive, it was great that the barista mentioned the amount of espresso in my drink, so that I could adjust it. My husband appreciates that you don't just get a cup of "milk" when you're ordering a larger latte. It's a win-win. The Mango Smoothie was also surprising, my daughter loved it and she is picky! I had a little bit and liked it as well. I also decided to try the Horchata Milk Tea, just in case I didn't make it back, and I'm glad I did.

Well, I often go to the D Food Collab for lunch and I always see this really nice looking coffee…read moreshop next to it so today I tried it. I didn't have dinner last night so I decided to get a breakfast sandwich opted for the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel... All four of the things were low quality the bagels, tiny the sausage and egg are for sure. The smallest I've ever seen in my life. There is a half of slice of American cheese on it definitely don't I also wanted, but apparently they don't have that so I got an Americano, which is fine but it just seems like the type of place that up charges you everything and you'll be spending lots of money for low quality dot I guess the service was OK. I don't know if she was shy or not but didn't even say hellojust stood there and I ordered. Still looking for a good breakfast place in Dalton, Georgia. I'm editing this after taking bites out of my sandwich... This is literally the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I can't even eat it. If I could give this place lower than one star I would.

We started with the Brick Oven Pretzels and then ended up getting the Country Benedicts with hashbrowns, the Chicken & Waffles with bacon bits in the side, the French Toast Platter with side of bacon. The restaurant is cool. Open space with a full bar. They also have two conference rooms for hosting large groups. There are also several tvs with sports playing. It took quite a while to get our food, but it was hot. I tried the French Toast and it was still soggy in the middle, not completely done. Wasn't bad, just not how I like them cooked. My son must have liked the Chicken n Waffles because they did not last long, lol. I didn't mind my order. I didn't read that description through for the Country Benedicts but I'm not disappointed. I also inquired about catering and was told they do cater and have a smoker, pizza oven and that they go heavy on appetizers. Very nice!

Everytime we have been the food was bland, items listed on the menu for a dish were left off and we had to send it back and the service was horrible. Waitresses each time never checked back for any refills, never checked back after the food was delivered to make sure it was okay, and it took forever to find the waitress to get our check.
