We spent $152 on 2 pedicures (we got the good ones) and price would not have been a problem had we not been charged prior to even getting up from the chairs. Especially since we could tell it was the owner or manager that was rushing to charge us. My boyfriend left with a cut from them over scrubbing and adding wayy too much callus remover to the point it shaved a layer or two of skin. I was getting a simple blue on my toes and the same "owner or manager" grabbed the color I chose and gave it to the girl who was working on my feet. But before handing it to her she noticed the bottle was empty and said she had another brand new one "just in case" but the lady who was doing my toes was struggling to even get the color out and she had to do multiple THIN coats to get some kind of coverage because you could just tell- the bottle was EMPTY!! and then when she was painting my toes right before she started she grabbed toilet paper and used that as my toe separators. Honestly- this was just bad. The girl who worked on my toes - felt bad for her because her boss gave her no choice but to force what was left out of that bottle but she was still nice. The lady who cut my boyfriends food was also very nice but overall- the experience was a 0/10 for us

The lady doing her hair made her feel totally uncomfortable. She left with brown hair. She messaged the lady that night when she got home that she wasn't happy with her hair and then it wasn't like the photos. The lady then proceeded to try to gaslight her into telling her that her hair was blonde. And that it looked just like the photo she asked for but told her to come in tomorrow at 3:30 to get it fixed. Had her come in just to tell her that it was just how she wanted it and that she needed to leave the store, totally unprofessional a horrible experience for my little sister who left the store bawling her eyes out. Oh, and not to mention during her appointment, the lady told her that she would be back in an hour and a half because she had a doctors appointment.
