I've been CONSULTING LITERALLY since September of last year. Everytime I call to check the status of what's going on no progress I've been waiting months to here from the attorney. By being a law firm they should know the time limit of my case that they are running out. I don't understand why did law consult and then request paperwork and don't bother to say if your taking the case or not and from what being told it doesn't seem like you even reviewed the case. This very unprofessional and jeopardize my case because of time wasted. From reading the reviews it doesn't seem like the law firm really cares about complaints of people who consulted the firm and never received a response. I know I would like some answers about why I'm be lead on as if the law firm is taking my case or not. And I also would like to know why have I been consulting since September of last year and have not received any information about my case. Concern about my case has been answered in detail they are being they are basically going through my case with a fine tooth comb in which is a plus their response to my question gave me reinsurance that they are on my case response was not hesitant and made clear that are knowledgeable of my case reason it took so long was not their fault now that I know I completely understand. Don't waste your time. They will drop your case months into what they call "discovery" even before you had spoken to an attorney. You will have to keep calling and emailing for status and if you do you will receive some sort of email shortly after. If you don't call or email, they will forget about you. You will have to chase intake-, document-, etc. departments. You will most likely never speak with an attorney and In a few months you will receive a generic email with subject line Closing Communication. In this email they will even refer you to another law firm. I should have known any better not to trust them with all my personal information. I was supposed to speak with a case manager on a specific day but never received the promised call. Instead, I received an email proposing another phone call with a case manager, resulting in no follow-up.
