My husband and I stopped into D-Luxe Burger for the first time on a Friday night around 6:30pm, curious to finally give it a try. The Vibe: It was definitely busy, but we got lucky and found a table toward the back inside. Ordering is done at the counter, and you're given a buzzer for your table. Seating is first come, first served, and they also offer beer. There's also a self-serve sauce bar with house-made sauces plus the usual ketchup, mustard, and mayo. What We Ordered: * Pastrami Reuben (seasonal burger) * Bacon Cheeseburger * Fries Timing: Our food came out in about 10 minutes, which was quick given the crowd. The Food: The fries were excellent--fresh, hot, and easily the standout of the meal. Crispy, golden, and addictive. The burgers were good, but overall nothing particularly memorable. The Pastrami Reuben burger had great flavor thanks to the rye bun, but the bread itself was a bit tough to chew. The bacon cheeseburger was solid and satisfying, just not anything that stood out compared to other burger spots. Sauce Bar: While I love the idea of house-made sauces, many of them had a slightly gritty texture, likely from powdered seasonings rather than fresh ingredients. Overall: A solid, convenient option at Disney Springs, but a bit overpriced for the quality in our opinion. Good in a pinch, but not a must-visit. Pro tip: Grab the fries and try the sauce bar, but go in with moderate expectations for the burgers.

Somehow this was my first time at D-Luxe Burger despite coming to Disney Springs more times than I can count in the last few years... Figured I'd go with the chalk and get a classic cheeseburger and a s'mores shake! I used the mobile order service on the Disney app which gave me a few extra minutes to stroll around the shops nearby. The burger was hot, well cooked, and flavorful (I added grilled onions in the app). I really enjoyed adding a little bit of the truffle aioli and chipotle mayo to the burger as well. I personally am not much of a burger bun fan so I'd love if they added a burger bowl option! The s'mores shake was absolutely delicious and you could taste the graham cracker pieces and marshmallows blended throughout the whole drink rather than just sprinkled on top (which they were as well). Staff was friendly and service was quick from the time I pressed order on the app to the time I was notified it was ready. Will be back!

Always a great place for a burger and fries! D-Luxe has seasonal options with changing menus, but the French onion soup burger is by far one of the best. They also serve an array of amazing sauces, you can never go wrong with any of them. If you're in the mood for something sweet they have delicious milkshakes too. The large dining room and outdoor patio seating is perfect for big groups, I love bringing all my friends here for a great experience. The great service has me coming back again and again. All around a perfect spot for anyone, anytime!

I'm surprised this place is being rated less than 4 stars! I had a good experience here on a busy Saturday night. The line was out the door so we used the Disney app to mobile order. I love mobile ordering and while our window time was 20 minutes out it was still reasonable considering how busy it was not just here but all over Disney Springs. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sand which and added fries (not included with sandwich). They had a neat sauce bar and enjoyed a few sauces with the fries. They chicken sandwich came out fresh and hot and the fries were ok. I'd go back again to try a burger and a shake but I'd pass on the fries.

Great burger and really nice atmosphere! The kids' slider was surprisingly filling and delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Yum!

One of my absolute favorite burger places and not just in Disney Springs but in general! Whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious burger and quick service D-Luxe is always my friends and I's go too! I opted for the bacon cheeseburger which is my personal favorite. When it comes to sides you can usually pick between fries or onion rings, either a half size or full. Most of the time if it's just me I tend to go for the half size since it is pretty filling but me and my friend shared a full and we still didn't even finish it all! Besides their burgers, I would say D-Luxe is also best known for their incredible milkshakes. I chose the s'mores milkshakes, which comes with a graham cracker and mini marshmallows on the top! So adorable! The milkshake is thick and creamy, perfect for a hot day. Besides the food, the vibe is perfect for an outing with friends and family, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Also a plus is the parking at Disney Springs is free! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger joint! Just be wary this is Disney Springs so prepare for lots of tourists!

First time visiting, came specially for the limited time Taste of Florida menu , which included the Glowing Oak Burger. The burger was huge and absolutely delicious! The service was great, there was someone walking around with napkins and sauces, boxes...etc. I went on a Friday for dinner and it was hard to find an available table to sit and eat.

Very good burgers and fries. Very laid back place. Great environment, great service, I recommend eating here

If you want quick service at Disney Springs - this is a solid burger choice. Typically, plenty of eating, self service drink fountain and free water cups. Clean tables and room to spread out in the back. We got the baco. Cheeseburger and the black & blue burger. Both were excellent and cooked to order!

Ok so if you haven't caught on by now, I love burgers. If it's quick and delicious, even better in the Florida heat. This place is all about burgers and sauces. Two things that call straight to my soul. And with it being pretty quick service, I was happy to escape the heat and have some great food in the air conditioning. I got the classic bacon double cheeseburger even though they had a pizza style burger on the menu which combines my two favorite foods. The burger was spectacular. Everything tasted freshly made, the bacon was the right amount of crispy and chewy, and it was very filling. The fries are handcut and probably one of the best parts to the meal. They have a great flavor and just the right amount of salt to make them perfect. We also got some onion rings and those were really good too. Very crispy and there is a lot in the order which was nice for the table. The vibes in here are pretty great too. Plenty of seating for people inside and out on the deck with ceiling fans to keep you cool. They have about 10 sauces for your dipping needs and I liked all of them for different things on the menu. Overall this fast, casual spot is a nice stop in Disney Springs. It has a great menu that isn't overpriced or undersized in the portions. A great spot to get a quick bite on your Disney Springs day, and it will be on my list to go back to when we are in town.

As stated by other Yelpers, it is on the higher end of pricing for burgers of the "chain restaurant" garden variety, that said it was on the smaller side for a double patty but I was full after eating it. I got the bacon blue, which had a creamy moist and pungent blue cheese (felt and tasted like a St. Andre) with ample bacon spread evenly across the burger, two patties that were greasy but yummy and a mostly stale tasting commercially produced hamburger bun. The fries were excellent and enough for three people to split at the large size - crispy and buttery - maybe friend in peanut oil? They tasted like a well executed batch of five guys fries. The fountain soda has a spread of Coke products lemonade and a variety of sweet and sweet tea. I was possibly mostly impressed by all of the condiments - a myriad of PC packets but also some pump fill cups with options including ketchup, BBQ sauce, chipotle mayo and a GREAT truffle aioli mayo that went perfectly with the fries. You order your food at the counter and the team comes to find you in the seating area when it's ready via a little buzzer. There's a bit of seating inside and just as much outside on some tables with umbrellas. It's a nice spot in the Springs for a burger and fries, a little steep in price but what isn't at WDW?

The ambiance has a lot of old time photos and a few unique seating options. Mostly booths and normal chairs, though.

I would recommend D-Luxe. It's pretty tasty. My wife and I hit up D-Luxe and it was a good experience. It was closer to their closing time and the staff still tried to be friendly and helpful. We got some burgers and fries. I got the special. It was really greasy, but also delicious. The interior is vaguely western themed. You can expect to see old timey photos on the wall etc. That said, the pricing is a bit steep. But, what can you expect from Disney Springs?

    Danielle N.

I went to D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs with my sister and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The line was out the door when we got there, but it moved quickly and the staff kept everything organized. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and patient even with how busy it was. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was so fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The fries were amazing, and the container was full (I just couldn't help eating a few before taking my pic). They also have a really nice selection of sauces, which made the fries even better. It is a bit pricey, but the quality and freshness of the food made it feel worth it. If you're at Disney Springs and want something delicious and fresh, D-Luxe Burger is definitely a spot to check out.

This place is always packed, and for good reason as the food is legit, the cocktail list is solid, and they somehow keep the line moving even when it's slammed so props for that. We went with the Butcher Board, which is listed as serving 2 but easily fed our entire family of four including my wife and our kiddos which makes it a great value for what you get. The brisket was the standout for me, followed closely by the pulled pork. The chicken and sausage held their own too. Honestly nothing on the board disappointed. The beer selection also surprised me in the best way -- not your typical theme park watered-down options. One heads up for first-timers: order before you find a table. We made the mistake of doing it the other way around and were pretty firmly told we couldn't sit until we had ordered. I get it as it's how they manage flow but if you don't know the rule going in, it feels a little abrupt when you're just trying to wrangle your family in a crowded dining room. Overall, The Polite Pig is a clutch spot. We will be back!

Now this review has nothing to do with that my father's name was Freddy and that my mother's favorite treat was frozen custard. But those little tidbits of information don't hurt. The warm feeling that I get when I eat frozen custard reminiscent of enjoying it on the boardwalk with my mom is renewed at Freddy's not because of the ambience of the restaurant, but because of that same delicious taste that my mind still seems to remember from long ago that I have not found anywhere else before this. But I digress. Freddy's may look like your typical fast food restaurant, but it is anything but. I already loved it for the burgers, the french fries with their wonderful sauce, and of course, the custard but now they have a salad as well. Really fresh greens with my favorite burger on top as a garnish. Low-carb great taste and totally filling. But not so filling as to not leave room for that wonderful custard. On this particular visit, I did run into an issue which I will not lower my rating because of, but want people aware of so it does not happen to them. If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.
