The issue with this place is that they automatically add 18% gratuity and are always jamming busy, so the servers will literally walk by you and not even look in your direction. They know they will make their money strictly on volume.

Grabbed a quick bite before heading out to the airport. This is an outdoor restaurant by the pool at JW Marriott. Excellent, friendly service and the food was decent. I enjoyed the fries, which were like McD's and had the Magic burger. Loved it was served up on an English muffin, but it was overdone for my taste. I had asked for medium, but it came well done.

Today for lunch I ate at Knife Burger . I got the wings and they were about 10 wings on my whole tray; and then for dipping sauce I got the Carolina barbecue. For drink I got a frozen strawberry daiquiri with a cute little cherry. The wings were very good our service name is Chris who gave us waters with lemon. However I tried ordering a normal housemate a tail and they have all their house make cocktails so I have food allergies so I couldn't do any of those because they didn't come in the class contact other excuses. And then I am also so surprised the whole menu doesn't have like a vegan option. So ambience of this restaurant it is or they do have a bar top; and they also have seats I will have to say the only kind to the outdoor seating is a couch but these little tables and it's definitely not big enough for two people if you get an appetizer in an entrée.

    Excellent wings!!

Best wings! Wings seem simple to make, but so many restaurants screw them up! These wings with the dry rub were crispy, juicy and full of flavor!!

The best part is that you don't have to dress out to eat here because is in the JWMarriot grande lakes river pool. This is the restaurant of Michelin star winner John Tesar with Knife and Spoon. The burgers are juice and big with a lot of flavor and melted cheese that is how I like them. The chicken and fries are very southern, crispy and big, the nachos are with a lot of brisket and the tortillas are super crunchy. Over all is a great place to have lunch and enjoy the pool on a sunny day!!

Service by the pool took forever which was a disappointment, but the ahi tuna bowl was delicious!

It was a super busy Thursday. We sat down and was greeted by Chris right away. I ordered the poke bowl with salmon. It was out of this world amazing. It came with rice, seaweed, cucumber, radish, carrots, edamame, and seaweed salad. It was great for a hot summer day. It was so nice to relax by the pool. The seating and patio were really nice. Can't wait to try more things next time I go back.

The food is good, but the prices are high and the service is not great. I ate here twice during my stay at the hotel. The first time I ordered takeout at the bar and it was quick and delicious, but $33 for a Chicken Caesar Salad (tip included) is expensive. The second time I waited an hour for my food, but the Chicken Tenders and Fries were pretty good. However, the Caesar Salad the second time was just romaine lettuce, kale and a few croutons (they forgot the cheese, which was disappointing).

Nice set up and decor. Live music at mid day is a nice touch. Salad was really good. I would return.

Monica was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, our interaction with Mary was the complete opposite. She was rude and unaccommodating, which made our visit unpleasant. After ordering a few drinks, we decided to patronize another business. As a group of returning customers, we were also disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate us. We've supported this restaurant year after year, and we expected a more welcoming experience, especially as loyal guests. We hope management recognizes the difference that customer service can make and addresses these concerns so future guests--and returning customers like us--have a better experience.

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

There wasn't it. It's just a burger and fries and that's it lol. You can get single , double or triple cheeseburgers and then regular fries or seasoned fries. My boyfriend gave the burger a 8.2/10. He said it was really good and I had a bite and thought it was decent. It's a smash burger so the patty is burger than the bun and overall had great flavor with the pickles , onions and their cow and cheese special sauce. The seasoned fries tasted like they are seasoned with the seasoning that the bbq Fritos have. Both good dishes. The staff was friendly . The place was clean. I guess I just wish there was more variety. I try to stay away from fast food hamburgers so I was hoping there was a chicken sandwich on the menu but I guess that's why they call in cow and cheese. I think the prices are a little steep. You do get a big burger but it was 12 dollars and the basket of fries was 5.50. You're not walking out of there paying less than 10 bucks on anything that's for sure.
