The staff were friendly and I enjoyed a complimentary beverage while I received my service. Although my appt was at 1230 I waited about 15 mins before starting. Not too bad compared to other places I have been. During the service I had a pleasant conversation with the staff and did not feel rushed during the service. Aby took of care of me my first time in. My nails were previously messed up from the people who did them before. I told her what I liked and what my goal was with my nails. She recommended a gel buildup I believe it was called. She did a great job and made sure I liked them. They lasted me so long! They were way more durable than any previous place. I went back today for a fill and she was awesome again! They look great and my nails feel strong which is what is most important to me as I am rough on my hands. This salon is really beautiful but the work is not it. The first time I had came in I had gotten hard gel done on my nails and they looked great! I decided to return for a fill and all ready I was running into issues. First off my appointment was scheduled at 10am and I wasn't helped until about 10:45. I got my service done which took about two hours and immediately when I got to my car one of my nails were lifting already. I went back into the salon and had it fixed and when I had gotten home I had realized that it wasn't just the one nail that was lifting. I had called the salon and let them know of my issue and they said they weren't able to fix my nails until a whole week out. At that point my nails were just hurting and driving me nuts. I had asked the owner for a refund so that I could pay to have the service done elsewhere. I was offered free removal and one color manicure. That is not what I wanted and what I paid for was definitely more costly than what she was offering. I explained that to the owner and was ignored until I attempted to reach out again where she had then finally refunded me for half of what I paid for. I'm glad I got half of my money back but am definitely disappointed that things could not have just been done correctly. read more

I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 15/20 years. I had one of the worst pedicures in my life here. She took over an hour and a half for a basic pedicure with gel and still had more to do which I could not stay for due to having something else planned. I had to go to a different salon to have my toes corrected because they looked so BAD and I didn't want to walk around with my feet looking crazy.
