The installers arrived at 8am and got right to work! Cash and Alejandro were hard working and this was definitely not their first installation. They moved furniture and were able to spot that my floor was not level in some places and knew exactly how to fix the issue. The way they were able to cut the pieces to fit every corner was very impressive. Their craftsmanship was second to none. Also the installers were able to point out that a piece was missing from my order as soon as they got there and with the help of Lowe's and J and S Lowe's was able to deliver the missing piece. Lowes reached out to their sub contractor a said only covered for 1 year . Upon calling last week, a member from his team spoke to me and promised to get back to me in a day on my query on pricing since Mark is away indefinitely. After a week long wait, I called back only to hear from the same person that he didn't remember that he would call back and that we can go to any other place and buy the stuff. This salesman probably forgot to follow up on my conversation and chose to take a aggresive stand to hide their own inefficiencies. Either way, not the best professional experience and I would be very hesitant to recommend this place to anyone anymore.
