Extremely nice staff. This place is lowkey, so I've only had to wait once. There is only 2 of them and they really take their time with your nails. I literally don't go anywhere else now. Will absolutely, without no doubt, we have found our Salon. I called salon approximately 15min before closing and asked if we could still go for gel set and waxing for me and pa8nt nails for my two young girls. Nam young man who answered phone said , Yes they would be able to take us in. Upon arriving at the salon, we were in awein just how clean and beautifullyit was setup. Nam offered us some waters while we waited, gave us color samples to choose from and had us then sit in massage chairs while we waited including my husband. These chairs are Heaven! I didn't catch names of both lovely ladies who did our nails and waxed me, but the were both phenomenal! Felt so relaxed and was very pleased with services we received. We were also given a courtesy hand mask and massaged also. Definitely recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!! read more

I really wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi and found Ruby online. If you're like me and you hate the small talk and up-selling at other nail salons, you'll be pleasantly surprised coming here. I came in, explained exactly what I wanted and was seated immediately. There was no fuss, no awkward conversation, just pure relaxation as I was serviced. The women were meticulous with their work, being sure to take their time. As I was getting my nails done, I was offered a complimentary hand mask. I chose a Jasmine scented mask and it was so cooling and refreshing! The session was quick and delightful because the ambience was relaxing. They didn't have many techs working the day that I went. But, I found a design I wanted and they delivered. It's been almost a month and I haven't needed a pedicure. It's in a strip mall that's kind of run down. But, overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of my gel pedi and mani. read more

Not horrible not amazing just ok. Came in a pinch as I was unable to go to my regular place. I used to come here when it was Envy Nails so I thought eh might as well. I was excited to see all the Yelp reviews with designs. But felt rushed to choose a color. Wound up getting something random. Beware of up charges! I don't know many places that still up charge for gel colors. There were several up charges on my receipt. Tips, color, ombré which I understand and one just marked add on. Plus the regular service price. Not once was it mentioned that there was an additional cost for xyz. The lady who worked on me seemed upset so maybe she was having a bad day or tired. She was efficient though in and out under 45 mins. A couple of my nails look crooked. I noticed when she asked if I liked them but again I felt like she wasn't having the best day so I didn't say anything. In the end I don't think it was worth the price, might be sticker shock. The base price seemed worth it. Might give them a try later on. read more

Very friendly staff, I am very shy so it was a nice experience. They have good pricing and a clean shop and they make sure you like your nails before they are completely done just in case you spot something you may not like. My boyfriend got a manicure which included a message that he enjoyed. Over all it was a good experience and I am excited to return for my next set. read more

I made an appointment for this morning at 11 AM. I showed up at about 1050 and when I walked in I was not greeted for about 10 minutes. Once I did speak with a nail tech i let them know that I had an appointment at 11 AM l...they continued to do their work and I sat and waited. At 11:10 I finally asked what the wait time might be considering I had an appointment and they told me another 15 minutes. If you're on a set schedule for the day I would suggest not making an appointment because they do not honor them. read more

I've been to all of the "go to" salons in YL, and just never leave happy. This is my new place. So detail oriented, not rushed, transparent pricing.
