Natalie did an amazing job! She took her time to make them like my inspiration photo.

I've been coming here for a while, so I was really surprised by my experience with the payment process. Their website clearly states that they accept credit cards, so I brought my credit card expecting to pay that way. When it was time to check out, I was told they don't accept credit or debit cards at all and that I had to pay through Zelle instead. What I found especially strange was that when I mentioned the website says they accept credit cards, I was told, "Maybe next month we'll accept them." That response didn't make much sense to me, especially because there wasn't even a card terminal in the salon. If they don't currently accept cards, I think their website should accurately reflect that so customers know before their appointment. I ended up paying through Zelle because I didn't have another option, and I also wasn't given a receipt. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled by the woman who usually takes the payments made me feel embarrassed. I wasn't trying to cause a problem--I was simply expecting to pay using a method that was advertised on the salon's website. I'm not upset about using Zelle itself, but I do think businesses should be transparent about the payment methods they actually accept and communicate with customers respectfully. Because of this experience, unfortunately, I won't be returning to this salon. I hope they update their website so future customers don't end up in the same situation.

D nails is a great salon with a lot of color options,. The ladies are very nice as well. I've done cateye for $40 on my natural nails and then when I went another time, it was $50 due to gel removal (and some builder gel*). They prefer cash but you can also Zelle. I've done walk in on weekday mornings and I've never had to wait. One Friday afternoon, it was only about a 15 minute wait. I like the vibe as well. It's a nice and bright salon with music in the background.

Came in for the 1st time after seeing good reviews and when I walked in I was immediately greeted and sat. The inside was very welcoming and clean. I got French tip gel manicure and pedicure, the two women who helped me were very sweet and did a amazing job I will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend D nails! Bella did an immaculate job cleaning up my nails. The attention to detail was top tier as she double and triple checked her job. The color she picked out for me and design by Natalie was so cute and better than expected too. They're all so kind and their pricing is reasonable too. My new go-to place!

I honestly stumbled upon this place very randomly and now been coming here for over 3 years and planning on keep coming back here. The pricing is fair and all the staff is nice and friendly but my favorite nail tech would be Natalie. She just delivers every time I ask her to do anything from simple nails to 3d designs and never disappoints me. I highly recommend for anyone to come here if you looking to get your nails done.

D nails is absolutely the best nail salon ever! Prices are always reasonable they don't up charge and their quality is literally the best! My nails always last over a month for gel x. Kim is absolutely the best I always go to her for my nails, however everyone else has never disappointed. The vibes are definetly calming always a good time to relax.

Obsessed is an understatement. I showed Kim a photo of the design I wanted and she executed it to a T!!! It was my first time at this salon and I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

This is my third time getting my nails done at D Nails. Every time the gel X nails last 4-5 weeks. I love that they pay attention to detail, clean your cuticles and make your nails look great every time. This time I requested a butterfly and this is the beautiful design I received. Thank you!

they were able to fit me in last min and i appreciated that but unfortunately the mani didn't last 1 week before chipping at the cuticle not the free edge (gel + builder). all the edges of my nails are lifting slightly and its just not the quality or durability i expected. good place for a quick fix that you wont need to last very long but for someone who only gets their nails done 1x month i will not be returning ... in response to the owner : "i wish you had told us earlier" i am a busy person who can't always stop in again in the same week because the tech did poorly the first time. i expect to have solid work done the first time not return again and again. i was not going to mention but i dont think this was an issue of aftercare or lifestyle of the client, the application was done messily. the polish doesn't even reach my side walls on some nails and the cuticle area was not prepped well either. i'll add photos and leave it up to individual discretion.

Wow what an amazing salon! I was actually seen at the time they told me to come in, everything was clean, the music is amazing, the girls are so sweet, AND they did a great job. Natalie did my amazing gel manicure in about 40 minutes and did not skip a step. Mai did a great job on my pedicure as well, I would upload a pic but no feet pictures I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a salon that is clean, high quality, and respects your time. This place is truly a gem

We called to get an appointment right at opening 10:00 a.m. for four people for manicures and pedicures. They opened right on time and greeted us with great customer service. Pedicures were great and the massage they provided was excellent. Two of us got gel X and we are super happy with the results. The other two got regular polish and are also very happy. The owner Natalie was very accommodating and did a great job. One of us also got their eyebrows waxed and it was perfect. Will come again! read more

Love this place! Kim is my usual nail artist. She's amazing with intricate and quality designs. She listens to what I'm asking for and she is just so amazing overall not to mention the vibe in the nail salon is so clean. It's so welcoming every single time I'm just blown away and they do it in a timely manner everyone, even if they're walk-ins get seated, they get welcomed no one is left out. I highly suggest going here even if you're looking for something simple like a pedicure just normal gel just nail polish. I would still get it here. I usually get gel X and honestly for the price it's usually about $80 but honestly for the quality that you're getting it's so worth it read more

It's true about Natalie! I have been going to her for years now and following her to this new location (her very own location at that) was a no brainer for me. Natalie is super sweet, honest, understanding and extremely detailed oriented. I cannot say enough good things about her. It's clear she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I loved this place the first time I went however a couple months ago I got a hard gel manicure & the following day 3 nails started to peel away. I called & let them know what had happened & they mentioned the nails may not have been cured under the UV long enough. They redid the 3 nails free of charge unfortunately I had the same exact issue the second time. I didn't bother calling again, maybe it was the quality of the polish but nails are too expensive these days to not get quality. Prior to this experience I will say Natalie is great at what she does. She takes her time & is very talented. read more

As a few months ago, this location has a new owner, new interior and new pedicure spa chairs! I have been a client of Natalie's for a few years now and followed her to her new location. She provides excellent customer service and is very time efficient. I usually go with Gel-X and never had any issues with them falling off, they have lasted me for multiple weeks. Natalie has never failed to get my nails in tip top shape. They also do gel pedicures, and waxing. All staff are very friendly, and I couldn't be happier with Natalie's work. Definitely recommend. MY HEEL STILL IN PAINNNNNN. HORRIBLE SERVICE!Went in today for pedi, and mani for the first time what a disappointing experience. Came here because seeing all the good reviews about this place. This older lady doesn't speak much English helping me with my nails. When she did one of my foot, scrubbing my callus she scrubbed so hard caused me in so much pain. I told her right the way it was painful, she just laughed and said "it's ok, it's ok." Through out the whole service all she said was " it's ok". I didn't notice i was injured ( bleeding), until I got home. I even give her 20% tips. I will not come back ever again. My foot still in PAINNNNNNN!!!!! read more

See Diane if you need a wax, a mani/pedi, and a good laugh, she's hilarious. The salon itself is cute and clean, but pretty comparable to other nail salons in the area. What surprised me most was the cost. I typically pay under $40 for a gel pedicure at other local spots, but here I ended up spending $75. She asked me if I wanted extras without telling me there was a hidden price? Initially, I had selected the $45 package... That was definitely sticker shock. For that price, I'd rather put the money toward a manicure since my nails are seen far more often than my feet. Maybe the pedicure will hold up exceptionally well over time, but based on my first visit, I don't feel the value matched the cost. With prices being what they are these days, $75 for a basic gel pedicure is hard for me to justify. I'll probably stick with my usual salons moving forward.

Henri is the only one that can get my hair to gleam with absolutely no products except for the way he wields the brush and dryer. He knows color, highlighting and stays up to date on the latest trends in the hair stylist field. Kim does a beautiful job with manicures and pedicures and always has the best colors to choose from. We love Elysee!

My sister and I went for gel manicures for her birthday, and we made an appointment ahead of time (which ended up being really helpful since there were about 10 people waiting when we arrived). Since we had an appointment, we got seated right away. I showed my nail tech my inspiration photo on my phone, and she got started pretty quickly. She was nice, but the whole service felt pretty rushed. At times she didn't even let the UV gel finish curing before asking me to take my hand out so she could move on to the next coat. I also added chrome for an extra $15, and while she did take time to make sure it covered most of the nails, I noticed later there were still some missed spots. The overall application also felt a bit uneven, and the gel looked really thick (almost more like a builder gel than a standard gel manicure). Looking at my nails from the side, the thickness seems more noticeable than previous times that I've had them done here. I'm not sure if it was from extra layers or how the gel was applied, but it didn't feel as clean as past visits. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

Hollywood is SO caring, patient and an amazing person who does amazing nails. She cares about her clients and wants to make sure you are 100% happy. I tried this nail salon for the first time today and was lucky to have Kim do my nails. She was so helpful in picking out colors and really took the time to understand what I was looking for.
