I went here on the recommendation of an employee at the Grocery Outlet despite what a previous Yelp review stated about the place being so dirty. This nail salon is extremely dirty and in disrepair. Jack was very careless with my manicure and left my cuticles jagged. At one point, I asked him how long he's been doing nails. He replied for 10 years. I asked if he liked it, and he replied not really. Denis didn't clean all the particles from my nails after filing, so there are white specks in my gel manicure, which is also very haphazard and sloppy around the edges. The way the color was applied looks very clunky and careless. A couple of my nails were stuck to my skin, so I had to pry them apart after. Also, the UV machine for gel manicure is falling apart. It burnt my knuckles and part of my hand. I don't know the pedicure tech's name, but she doesn't clean her tools, actually I don't think any of them do, and she knicked one of my toes with her machine. She gives a great massage, but the level of care isn't really there. They charged me $80 for gel mani/pedi + $1 credit service fee. I tipped all of them because I won't be going back. I don't like to make scenes for people unless it is truly necessary, so please take this review as honest and caring. If they don't want to take care of their salon, which they can for the prices they are charging, then it's best to go somewhere else. read more

I get my nails here all the time and I won't go anywhere else. I finally after 20 years of doing nails have found my spot. Jack and Denis are fast and amazing. Legit can come here after during my lunch and still have time to spare to shop at the other stores (1hour lunch) but don't think it's rushed! No no no, the precision in my nails and the perfection is chefs kiss. My nails NEVER lift after getting an acrylic. Gel lasts and stays shiny til I decide to change color. The staff is very nice and helpful, I'm so glad I found this place. I live in Ontario and decided to get my nails done here for my wedding. They lasted so long and left me with beautiful nails to capture forever. The vibe is there and Jack is such a good vibe so lively and nice. Come here if you don't want to be disappointed! read more

Quick and well done - never felt rushed but appreciated the speedy job, especially since I had very little time to fit in my nails. I also appreciated that I wasn't hassled into upgrading what I chose for my services. (Most places I visit always push a treatment for my dry hands but I'm allergic and say no multiple times.) I really wanted to like this place but I paid $110 for a gel pedicure and gel-x nails that are missing polish. My toes are also bubbling after one day and are in pain. The people were nice but that doesn't excuse the poor product. I was in a rush and didn't examine my nails in store which I should have. While I want getting my pedicure another lady came in to complain about the same thing. Also, I was left with my tinder nails soaking in acetone for my entire pedicure leaving my hands super dry and covered in gel debris. read more

I come to this plaza to charge my car at times and came across this small gem today! I decided to walk around and saw there was a hole in the wall nail salon. I had an hour to kill so why not! I was instantly greeted and was seen right away. Dennis did the "chill out" spa pedicure package and it was great! He was very professional, detailed, trimmed & got all my cuticles out to perfection. My mom, sister and myself went to get Gel Mani/Pedis, we called beforehand to make sure they accept walk-ins (which they do) so we went, no wait time got seen right away, the staff was so nice and caring! One of my toe nails was broken and they were kind enough to put acrylic for me to make it match (thank you so much btw!) my new favorite spot! i used to live in the area and a few months ago& my mom had informed me that the owners changed a while back so i thought why not give it a shot. well this is my third time back & i can officially say i've stopped looking for a nail salon. i've gotten gel x, regular gel mani, and gel pedis here. each time i've gotten a pedi, they've been very clean and very GENTLE! which is a plus for me! gel polish tends to last a long time too. when i first got the gel x, they did a great job with the french tip and making sure my nail stayed thin (i don't like chunky thick tips). for my gel mani, they were quick and clean. today i'm trying out acrylics here. the staff are all friendly and that's a huge part of why i feel comfortable coming back here (besides their great work). the friendly environment is extremely relaxing. thank you to the staff here for making my days better and nails cute!! read more

my first time coming - it was close and the rating were good on here but my experience WASN'T that great! there were two other people here getting a pedicure but i was helped right away, which was nice. though, the person helping was very short with me. i came for a manicure and pedicure. during my pedicure, he kept looking at the screen on the television, not fully paying attention to the nails. maybe i'm spoiled at my other salon but this salon didn't clean under the nails . getting my cuticles cut was THE worst! i had gotten pricked at least twice and i was just scared for it to keep happening. the work being done on me just felt very rushed and careless. the end was result was nice, i just didn't like the overall service. :/ read more

I am new to the area and tried this place out because it was near a charging station for my car. The gentlemen and young woman seem to be very friendly and kind however, I was with an older woman that was extremely rude and unprofessional. The older woman never talked or acknowledged me the whole time I was there. To make matters worse she was very aggressive with the pedicure and was definitely not a pleasant or relaxing experience. The older woman was digging and pushing into my cuticles. I understand trimming cuticles can be slightly uncomfortable at times but I have never experienced that kind of pain from a pedicure before. I said ouch and pulled my foot away multiple times but she shook her head and kept going. I should have left however, I sucked it up because I wanted my pedicure. I now have an infection from the area she was digging and pushing into on my toe. Because of her lack of awareness or care for the pain she inflicted on me, and her overall rude demeanor I will not be back. If you do decide to go here I would recommend one of the gentlemen or younger woman. read more
