To the business owner: This was my 3rd visit for a pedicure . I figured after the first time, maybe the 2nd time would be better....it was not. 3rd time...I figured I'd give you an opportunity to redeem yourselves. It didn't work out, again. Staff seem a little unmotivated. Polishing skills need to be worked on. As a someone who holds a cosmetology license, and watching two different women polish was terrible. I left unhappy. Clumping polish is the end result I should NOT have. You are a professional salon! And having a discussion about the issue in front of me in your language made me uncomfortable, it was not helpful, nor professional. I can't recommend this place more. Best nail salon I've ever been to. Has taken me so long to find a nail salon in this area that I like. Does my manicure quick and with a really good price no other place can beat. I got a pedicure from Lily and manicure from Ruby and it was the best pedicure and work I've gotten in a long time. I walked in for a pedicure and gel nails and they took me in right away. I tried calling but they didn't pick up so I just went. There were 3 ladies working and they really didn't seem too happy to be there. No music and it was dead silent. They seemed to want to just finish me as fast as possible and leave. She did two coats of color on my nails and it's still pretty see through. Should have done another layer. There are also bumps on both of my thumbs which she was feeling but she just left it. Also don't trust the reviews as they have a sign that they will give you a discount if you leave a good review. Pedicure was ok but I've definitely had better. For $60 for both gel nails and pedicure, I expected better. They also charge extra if you use a credit card which they didn't tell me. read more

Ruby is absolutely fantastic! She does a great job with both acrylic and Gel X extensions. She always asks you if you like the color or shape before moving on to the rest of your hand. They have a large variety of jelly gel colors which sold me 100%! Gel X has never stayed on my nails for longer than 2 or 3 days without falling off. Here I am at 1 week and they're solid.
