I've been to Adorn 3 times now and have had Vanessa do my nails twice. I will definitely come back here again and make an appt with Vanessa. She is super attentive and detail-oriented. I don't do my nails often but leading up to a special event, I wanted to find a place to do my nails where I would be 100% happy with them. A friend introduced me to Adorn as she comes here as well. Both times that Vanessa did my nails, I felt that she took the time to listen to what I wanted and took extra time to make sure they were done well. One time I did a full set with acrylic and the second time was Gel-X extensions with designs. With the acrylic, I like low-profile nails that are not too thick. She was able to file them down to a thickness that protected the integrity of the nails but was also not super thick. She also took extra time to file and shape them. I often have the issue where technically my nail looks straight if you're looking at just the nail itself but in combo with my finger, it will look crooked. ( I really should stop cracking my joints but it's so relaxing lol) She lined them up with my whole finger and not just the nail which I really appreciated. The 2nd time with Gel-X was my first time getting this type of extension. It helped keep the low profile as it's basically the thickness of the artificial nail plus a few gel polish coats. It stays a bit translucent which I like as it looks more like a natural nail than acrylic since acrylic is opaque. Vanessa really took her time with the design which I showed her in a photo. She also made sure I was happy with the progress of the design as she went so she could make any changes necessary vs only asking at the very end. When I need to do my nails again, I will definitely come back to Vanessa at Adorn. read more

Vanessa is only here on Sundays now, so when you do go in you will have to wait because she's very busy. The work seems rushed now and her quality dips a bit because she's so packed, unfortunately. She is amazing at doing nails and I have been with her for over a year, but it seems impossible to schedule now. I'm so sad! Tony also raises the prices at random. He charged me the same price as a new set...for a fill. What? He also charged me $10 to fix a crack in the acrylic that happened really soon after getting them done, and his fix did not match that well. I would try a different tech at this salon since Vanessa is only here for one day, but I don't like the way Tony manages this business. read more

Came here as a last minute thing, and I regret it so much. 1. I was seated 20mins after my appointment. 2. Short on staff and still welcomes walk-ins ‍ 3. Terrible work and work ethic 4. Jason is extremely RUDE to Hispanic people. I Witnessed it with my own eyes, and it's only half of the story. If you read this don't go! I promise you it is not worth it ! Horrible!! Horrible will NEVER go back to this place again!! 0 stars is what they should have!! The owners have bad customer service! I went in to get my nails done for my bridal shower. I showed him a picture of basic pink nails with a little bit of glitter the owner automatically always trying to push powder every time I go in. Powder nails powder nails, I told him for a simple, pink and glitter I need powder nails he told me yes it's the ONLY way they could be done! I told him I was getting married in 2 weeks and was going to come back for natural nails. He never mentioned that they would not be able to do natural nails after this light pink powder. Two weeks later, I go back for my refill and to get my natural powder nails for my wedding that Saturday. I told them I was getting married that I wanted natural and showed them a picture this time his wife took me to do my nails. Right away she mentions to me (while working on another lady) that she could not do natural look and I would have to remove all my nails and redo my nails again with powder for a natural look!! I was extremely upset to hear this as I had limited time and was on my way to meet with the florist after my nails. I asked her what can you do to make them as natural as possible and she tells me only white. White nails only!! I was so mad but they were extremely negative and refused over and over to try anything on my nails for them to look natural other than what she wanted me to do!! I was extremely upset but felt like I had no other choice so she did my nails and they came out DISGUSTING!! And while she's doing my nails she mentioned that she had to go pick up her son in 20 minutes! Lady if you have to go pick up your son within 1hr before you start a refill set why are you even starting if you're going to be rushing through everything? I'm extremely upset and disgusted with the Adorn Nails!! Thank you @Top Service Nails for correcting this horrible job 1 day before my wedding!! My sister is a loyal customer to you and now I will be too. The 1st picture here on the left is the HORRIBLE job that was done by Adorn Nails. The 2nd picture on my right is the corrected job that was done by Top Service Nails, thank you again top service for making my wedding day extra special with BEAUTIFUL nails!! Haven't done my nails in years....felt like pampering myself. This place is a hidden gem, don't be discouraged by its surroundings. There are friendly ladies and gentlemen here with real talent. I came in for an ombré french tip and they came out exactly how I wanted. AMY took care of me and she was super friendly and efficient. She made suggestions that made sense and the end product was so pretty. I will definitely be booking with her in the future. I came in contact with this business via Yelp, I messaged through the app and scheduled my appointment as well. What I liked most is my nails aren't thick looking. I came here to get my pedicure because it is down the street from where I live. The ambiance is very clean and tidy. Pretty massage chairs and stations. Prices are very affordable. My pedicure came out so pretty and the lady really did well with the cleaning even with my ingrown nail! I will be coming back in the future. read more

Great price. Exactly what I expected. Wasn't really sure if it was normal but there was a bit of blood on the big toes but the lady had something to seal/clean the little nicks. Overall got what I paid for and massage chair was good. read more

My wife and I have gone here twice for manicures and pedicures and have not been disappointed. Tony is really nice and makes sure you're comfortable, the other employees are also polite and handle everything with care. We called on the same day for a walk-in. Didn't wait too long before we were seated. Best if you can tip in cash. An ATM is conveniently inside. read more

Amazing nail spot. A little salon right on Gale. The nail techs are friendly and get the work done right! I love my manicure with dip powder. She took great care and attention to detail while filing, painting and shaping my nails. I had gel x nails prior and they gently took off my nails pain free and quickly. Color selection is great and prices are very fair. I will definitely be coming back. They also do gel x, mani, pedi, acrylic, and eye lash extensions. read more

I tried this salon for the first time. I needed somewhere to get my nails done for my wedding and I'm glad I came here. Vanessa did my full set. Ombré almond shape with rhinestones on my ring fingers. Nothing too crazy. She took her time and executed the look I showed her. I'm beyond ecstatic and I know I'll get many compliments. I also got a pedicure and the massage was needed and amazing! I can't wait to come back to this salon for a new look right before my honeymoon. 10/10 recommend. Go to Vanessa! read more

First time here and I was very impressed. It wasn't hard to find, lots of parking and the staff were all very friendly. My technician Tony did a fantastic job. I'm very picky with my nails and I have all sorts of crazy ideas! He was very accommodating and I liked the finishing look. I wanted black with one matte, one red foil, and two marble design with white accents. It turned out amazing! I didn't have to wait very long when I got there and he was fairly quick as well. I was looking for a place to get French ombré done and didn't know where to look. I stumbled upon this place on Yelp not knowing what to expect, but they were so great ! I was seated as soon as I got there, all the workers were so kind and sweet. The lady who did my nails (I think she was the owner!) did an amazing job, she paid attention to detail which I love ! They are fairly new, & their work is high quality. It looked like they had a huge variety of colors and powders too. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone! read more

I think I may have found my new go-to nail salon! Customer service is amazing; everyone is so friendly. Today was my second time here & it's been well over a month since I've been back but to my surprise one of the owners (I'm assuming) remembered me! I thought that was very sweet :) This salon is very clean, their work is super high quality & their prices are beyond reasonable. Both times that I've been here, my manicure was done by Vanessa. The lady who did my pedicure was the same too but unfortunately I didn't catch her name! Both of them are SUPER thorough when cleaning your nails & prepping for your Manicure/Pedicure which I really appreciate. I literally have never been to a salon that was this detail oriented during the cleaning process,it really helps with the overall look of your nails. Vanessa's cuticle work is definitely top tier. She also makes sure you get exactly what you want. She's open to suggestions/adjustments & she really takes her time making sure your nails look perfect. They have big sign 10% off at the font. The charged me for a full price. When I asked them about the discount, the lady said the promotion is no longer available and they forgot to remove the sing. They also charge fees to pay with the credit card. Will never go back again and will not recommend this place at all. read more

$36 for a basic mani/pedi, which is not bad cost-wise, but service was very rushed and end result was rather sloppy. Also no AC running during the heat wave. At this point I would not recommend and wound not come back again. UPDATE: manicure is already chipping and peeling at edges less than 24 hours after application, quality is very poor. Would not recommend. read more

GREAT PRICES I was surprised at their low prices and gave them a chance. Pedicure was quick and thorough for $21 and extra $7 for callus treatment. Gel manicure was $28. I got acrylic with ombré design they charged $61. Only negative is they don't really massage you with your manicure pedicure. Staff are very friendly! I'll come back for sure read more

I had a broken thumbnail that got repaired as well without a problem for $3.00 extra. I added some photos and it came out to $52.00. Amazing! Came here when my regular mail shop couldn't accommodate a walk in. Shop is very clean and friendly, it's very cool inside which I appreciated. Everyone was nice and they took me right away. I got a full set with design with gel and a gel pedicure. It picked the middle pedicure option. Everything was wonderful, I was in a comfy chair, my legs got the royal treatment. The clay mask was by far the best... made me feel super relaxed. My hands, I believe her name is Tammi, she did my hands slow & correctly. Not many people can do this design but she did! Her expert skills! They look easy better in person and I believe the owner took a better picture than I did lol can't wait to come back here! read more

I found this place back in October and omg I love it here. The wait isn't usually long and all the technicians there are super friendly. The salon itself is super clean and there's always enough space for people to walk though. I've never had trouble finding parking or finding the place itself. This set was done by Amy and it's one of my favorites! She is so down for the designs I show her and she always does an AMAZING job. She's super nice and makes sure that I like my nails before i leave. This is definitely my go-to spot, everyone is so good at their craft and I've never left disappointed. read more

I don't think this place even deserves a single star at all but I don't have the option to put 0 stars. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment and once I arrived they sat me down and let my nails soak for a while. In the meantime the nail lady went to go do someone else's pedicure. After she finished she came back to me and wanted to work on my hands without washing her hands first. She seemed irritated by the fact that I asked her to wash her hands. I had grown out my nails so I could get a gel manicure and she cut my nails so short and painted them so thick. A couple hours later the nail polish started peeling off. I normally don't write reviews but this place just deserves it :( read more

Best nail salon ever!!!!! I found this place after wanting to get my nails done super last minute for a getaway trip with my boyfriend. I decided to give them a shot and I'm so glad that I did! I message them through Yelp and received an immediate response and was able to get a same day appointment. The salon is located in a plaza with a large parking lot which makes parking really easy. The staff is incredibly accommodating and provides high quality service. I went to get my first gel x with an inspo set in mind and I couldn't be more happier with how it came out. I am so happy I found this nail salon! There are about 4-5 spa pedi chairs and 4-5 mani stations. All of the stations are impeccably clean and kept. Everyone does such beautiful work. Shaping and polish here is always on point. My full sets usually last over two weeks but I try to get a fill before then because we need our hands nice and neat :D . The prices are very fair and the quality of work you get is worth more if you ask me. The staff here are extremely warm and accommodating and very willing to make your requests as accurate as possible. Bring your inspo pics! In my opinion, the out the door price at $60.00 was not worth the service provided. I could perhaps justify the bells and whistles if the basic service was fantastic, but it was not. The staff was friendly and nice. I just left feeling like my feet weren't really taken care of. To my surprise, the regular polish I had asked for peeled off within 24 hours.

Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

He even asks what shape you want your nail to be with filing and asks if there is any pain when using the orange stick to clean under the nails or when buffing the nails. He is very careful and does great work. I can't comment much about the wait, since my cousin and I came at just the right time when there was no wait. During the manicure session, there were many calls that came in from customers asking if there is currently any wait at the shop..so I guess it's a wise decision to call ahead just in case! The place is a "hole in the wall" and can be difficult to find (depending on which direction you take to get to the place). I couldn't find the shop at first and accidentally turned into the small plaza where Jasmine Nail shop was. Oops. Luckily, Unique Nails was in the plaza next door. I'll definitely be back for more manicure sessions!

This nail salon is extremely dirty and in disrepair. Jack was very careless with my manicure and left my cuticles jagged. At one point, I asked him how long he's been doing nails. He replied for 10 years. I asked if he liked it, and he replied not really. Denis didn't clean all the particles from my nails after filing, so there are white specks in my gel manicure, which is also very haphazard and sloppy around the edges. The way the color was applied looks very clunky and careless. A couple of my nails were stuck to my skin, so I had to pry them apart after. Also, the UV machine for gel manicure is falling apart. It burnt my knuckles and part of my hand. I don't know the pedicure tech's name, but she doesn't clean her tools, actually I don't think any of them do, and she knicked one of my toes with her machine. She gives a great massage, but the level of care isn't really there. They charged me $80 for gel mani/pedi + $1 credit service fee. I tipped all of them because I won't be going back. I don't like to make scenes for people unless it is truly necessary, so please take this review as honest and caring. If they don't want to take care of their salon, which they can for the prices they are charging, then it's best to go somewhere else.
