I wanted to support a small business and decided to give this salon another try. Unfortunately, after getting acrylics, I developed an infection under my nails, the same issue I experienced the last time I came when it was under previous management. I've been getting acrylics for years and have never had this happen anywhere else. Based on my experience, I don't feel comfortable returning. read more

Liz and Mylee are the kindest and trust worthy workers. This place is not fancy as other nail salons but I recommend this place if you want a solid good job and customer service. Cleanliness is also a must and they don't disappoint. It's hard to find a good spot and I highly recommend. Liz is struggling with her business to stay afloat with the high mortgage so you would be helping her a lot if you give her a shot! read more

Usually, this place is great. I started going here more often as I saw their work was decent. However, I popped in today to get a Pedi, and the lady asked me how she could help. I told her I wanted a Pedi and she snapped back and said, "I am busy". So I said, "Okay, so you can't take another client?" and again she said, "I am busy." It caught me off guard because it seemed unprofessional. Next time, she could say something like, "I am sorry, I cannot take any more clients today. Please make an appointment." I felt like I did something wrong. Why even ask me, how can I help you?? When you can't even take another client (mind you, there was only one lady there). Maybe she was having a bad day or something. It was definitely rude, and I will not be returning. read more

First visit was great, however, when I went back for fills, she did not do a good job! I get dip nails, but she just removed my polish and re-polished without doing fills! She tried to tell me that I was watching TV and didn't see her do my fills... Then, when it was time to pay, I gave $100, but she did not give me back the correct amount...I was not pleased with her at all! I just wanted to get out of there, I don't like to be deceived which is All she was doing, from begining to end! Was quated $40 fot fills, which I did not get, and I ended up paying $50. I don't mind paying, but not getting fills and lying about it...Well ... that's another story! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, and I will never be returning. The moment I walked in, I should have turned around. I was the only customer in the store, and it was over 90 degrees inside with no AC. Despite my better judgment, I gave them the benefit of the doubt--and regretted it immediately. The nail tech cut me multiple times, and I was actually bleeding. When I politely asked her to fix a nail she messed up, she responded with attitude, telling me that 'no one will even see it.' Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Let me start by saying this isn't my regular nail salon and I've never been here before. About a week ago I came by to see if they happened to have any walk in availability for a nail fill. I was in and out within less than a minute. I walked into this big nail salon and it was empty aside of a woman sitting at one of the nail stations on her phone. Before I could get the entire sentence out to ask for availability, she abruptly said "No. I have appointment". Then went back to scrolling on her phone. I expected her to say come back at this time, or something else customer friendly. She did nothing of the sort. She was rude and unwelcoming. Yep... Definitely won't be back here. read more

I have been here about three times so far and so far so good I never have had to wait more than 10 minutes to get seated which is a huge plus. The ladies are very friendly as well as the one gentleman LOL. They have a large variety of colors which I really like . the prices are a little high but I feel like now all nail salons are boosting up their prices. They are up with the trends as well they do have dipped nail designs and color. They do except card except with a one dollar fee and you can also add your tip when you pay with card as well. They also provide a stamp card that gets you a free Mani or Pedi after a certain amount of stamps. It's very clean and the ladies a good job however each time I come take long to do the nails i'm not sure if I would come here when I'm in a rush. read more

After my horrible experience at TrueBellas I got my nails redone. Stopped by at FULL NAIL NAIL SPA, behind Christys Donuts. The just reopened 2 weeks ago. I had a great experience. My nail tech Liz was so sweet and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The place is very clean and the price are good. I got a. Fullest w/gel and a design and my daughters nails w/gel and a design for $60. I definitely recommend them! read more

I've been going to Full Line Nail spa for many years. Took a hiatus during COVID and just went back yesterday! So yep no pedí or nails for a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised about the remodeling and upgrades. I'm big on good environments so def appreciate the new chairs, new design and openness of the place. I asked for a new set of almond shaped nails and Liz helped me out. Loved the results Liz was kind and knows what she's doing. I receive a pedi from James. He had a great aura. Ok, I'm not saying they are not nice ladies, but what's going on with the pricing? I went in for a mani/pedi (gel on pedi ONLY) and I was sadly disappointed when she gave me the total cost. She didn't ask me how short I wanted my nails cut, she just started cutting and then I asked for a specific design and she said no and went on to do a design she wanted do this instead. Then when it came time for payment she said " all services are charged separately, no mani/pedi combo" I have never heard of a Nail Salon who doesn't have a mani/pedi combo!!! So you basically want me to be overcharged for something I'm not HAPPY with? Sorry, but as a returning customer who has noticed the inconsistency with how I'm being charged, WE (myself and friends/family) will not be returning to your business. Please invest in pricing sheet for your business, since you are overcharging, anyways. read more

I tried this place last month after needing a new nail spot. I am extremely happy with the service I have received here and the quality of the nails overall. Liz took care of me both times and she does not disappoint! The red nails I had gotten done right before Christmas on 12/20 and they lasted me a whole month! This set has been the longest that's lasted for me. Came back in today 1/20 to get a fill and I love my new set. Pedicures here are awesome too, definitely will be coming back again and again. read more

I walked in because it says Walk ins welcome and they have numerous open signs. The lady ask can I help you I tell her I want to get my nails done she doesn't ask what exactly no one waiting and it's not busy she looks at me and tells me no? Then if I can make an appointment and come back tomorrow... I would understand if they were busy and I would understand if they didn't have "walk ins welcome" and I would even understand if they were close to closing. But to just look at me and refuse to see me without even seeing what I wanted was flat out rude unprofessional and not good customer service. I literally just wanted my nails painted for my baby shower tomorrow.. I wouldn't have left a review if she got up and asked me to make an appointment but she didn't even get up and talk to me she just flat out said no. read more

Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

My nail Specialist was able to reshape my old square nails into the almond shaped that has been all the hype!! I am so jazzed to flaunt my new nailish! This nail salon is extremely dirty and in disrepair. Jack was very careless with my manicure and left my cuticles jagged. At one point, I asked him how long he's been doing nails. He replied for 10 years. I asked if he liked it, and he replied not really. Denis didn't clean all the particles from my nails after filing, so there are white specks in my gel manicure, which is also very haphazard and sloppy around the edges. The way the color was applied looks very clunky and careless. A couple of my nails were stuck to my skin, so I had to pry them apart after. Also, the UV machine for gel manicure is falling apart. It burnt my knuckles and part of my hand. I don't know the pedicure tech's name, but she doesn't clean her tools, actually I don't think any of them do, and she knicked one of my toes with her machine. She gives a great massage, but the level of care isn't really there. They charged me $80 for gel mani/pedi + $1 credit service fee. I tipped all of them because I won't be going back. I don't like to make scenes for people unless it is truly necessary, so please take this review as honest and caring. If they don't want to take care of their salon, which they can for the prices they are charging, then it's best to go somewhere else.
