Update on owners response: The owner of this facility is a straight up lier and it's so disgusting. I never even responded to a decline for his 50$ reimbursement. It's day 4 since I got my Kobe back out of that junk of a place! My dog is not the same dog. He developed an ear infection due to water in his ear. He developed kennel cough AND he had his retinal scratched!!! On top of that he lost so much weight!!! And it was from this place and I don't care what the owner says. My dog never gets sick to be this sick all at once. The fact that he stayed it wasn't here when my dog was there for 2 weeks is a joke. I had to close my business for the whole week to attend to my dog, Losing out on income for the week and spending hundreds on test and medications for Kobe. Attached are pictures as proof as his medication. The fact that the owner tries to twist words and makes the paying client feel like the problem is outrageous. Please note as a PAYING CLIENT...I never asked for money reimbursement as far as his stay. All I was asking for was vet bills that could have been avoided due to the negligence of the groomer. I hope no one's dog ever goes through what mine is going through! read more

My dog has been here for daycare a few times. I can always tell when he likes a place, he pulls me in. He was happy to pull me in. I received a bunch of photographs of him playing while he was there. He looked so happy. When I picked him up at the end of the day, he was wiped out (in the best possible way). Parking is easy, there is a large lot in the rear of the building. The staff is so sweet & excellent and takes such good care of our doggos. The price is very reasonable. I don't need to board her anymore, but the times I did went super smoothly. If they had said they'll have to think about it or talk it over with the owner, that would be a different story but this was not the case. Clearly he does not understand what the word "upfront" means. Screenshots of his childish and unprofessional messages that were sent to me FOUR years later after this incident reveals his true character and insecurities. We love D Pet Hotel! Dodger, our golden retriever, is so happy when we walk in the door for boarding. The staff is very welcoming and sends pictures daily. About 9 months ago, Dodger had 2 major seizures and we really didn't know how much time he had left, so we stayed home with him. Last week, we needed to leave town and left him at D with his medications. The staff greeted him by saying how much they had missed him! When we picked him up, he looked great! We knew from the pictures that he had had a wonderful time, and the bath that they gave him left him so shiny and soft. Josh, Elisabeth, and all the staff at the Pet Hotel, thank you so much for taking such good care of our big fella. We so appreciate it and have recommended you to all of our friends.
