This place is amazing. My cat was in desperate need of a wash. I made a same day Saturday appointment. I love the fact that the individual stalls are completely enclosed so it's very secure so as to prevent your pet from escaping. The staff were extremely friendly. Being that this was my first time doing a self wash, they assisted me in strapping my cat to the tub. The water pressure and dryer are extremely powerful. They have a variety of shampoos and conditioner as well as brushing tools and towels. I was able to completely wash and dry my cat within 30 minutes. What I really appreciated was none of the staff pestered me about time. They allowed me to complete the job and quickly checked me out when I was done. I was a loyal client for 10 years. Recently, after I declined an appointment because my dog was dealing with recurring ear infections, I expressed concern that the infections seemed to show up shortly after grooming visits. On one occasion, the ear infection was also accompanied by a bacterial skin infection. I shared this as a health concern about my dog, not as an accusation. Shortly after raising that concern, I learned my account had been flagged and I was no longer allowed to book appointments. During my conversation with management, it was mentioned that my dog had shown some "aggressive" behavior. This had only ever been brought up to me once in the past, very briefly and in a way that did not seem serious at the time. There was never any indication over the years that continued service would become an issue. I apologized if my concern came across harshly, but the groomer Julie ultimately decided not to continue service. After a decade as a client, I'm disappointed this was the resolution. My intention was simply to advocate for my dog's health. I also have to be honest that the haircuts were often not quite what I hoped for, but I continued going because they were my dog's first and only groomers until now. Our dogs are our best friends. They rely entirely on us to protect them and speak up for their well-being. I never expected something so important to turn into such an uncomfortable situation. We pay $65 for a bath for our medium sized dog. He has a good time and the staff are good with dogs. I only say that because we tried another groomer who seemed to be in it for the business side, but the woman who helps us here loves our dog and you can tell she is good with animals. The wash takes 45 minutes, enough time to go to trader Joe's' target, or grab a quick meal in the area. I normally park right in front of the business in the street parking and have never had any issues finding a spot. read more

My experience at bubbles pet spa was amazing! I took my two boys in for a bath (5 and 7lbs) they came home soooo happy, happier than I have ever seen them leaving their groomer of 5 years. (I called and she took us in 2 hours later, more flexible than any other nearby groomer) They smelled so good, my partner kept saying the smell reminded him of his childhood. Bubbles has been our groomers since we got the puppies for 2 yrs now. We have a brother and sister Shitzu / Maltese mix who were going to Brooke but because Brooke left, they now go to Julie. When we first started going to Bubbles Brooke groomed the dogs and it was great. One day, we went in for our appointment with Brooke only to find out that she didn't work there any longer, which I felt someone should have called us before the actual appointment to tell us that information, but no one did. The dogs needed grooming, so we went with Julie, who does a great job as well. I like Julie, but not the way they handle business. I'm waiting for the day we bring the dogs in and they tell me Julie's gone, and at that point so are we. read more

I wanted to try a self wash spot since my groomer is not available and bathing our pup at home can be tough. I saw Bubbles online and wanted to get some information so I gave them a call when they opened but I got a voicemail. Thinking they might be busy I waited 30 minutes and called backed, again got the voicemail. Then 15 minutes later I called again and got a voicemail. Finding it odd I just drove over with the pup to do the self wash. When I arrived a lady was sitting at the front helping a gentleman pay for his cats grooming and taking another customer. After she helped them I asked her if I could do a self wash. She then asked me if I had an appointment, well I didn't I called 3 times and nobody answered. Apparently I was supposed to leave a message and wait for her to call me back because she's too busy grooming. So for her to run the business I have to call, leave a voicemail, wait for her to call me back and make an appointment? Instead of asking when I could come back and offering an appointment she told me to go down the street to another self wash spot. Sadly this place doesn't deserve a single star but yelp doesn't give that option. The whole place is falling apart. dirty, neglected with mold, broken. The self wash bathtubs are disgusting, dog hair stuck everywhere that you can see they have been there all their lives. Your car and clothes are likely to display a lovely design of dog hair. No matter how clean you're, your dog won't stay the same. They need constant cleaning, brushing and most importantly baths! I've groomed my dogs at home many times but it always makes a mess. The bathroom is filled with dog hair and it takes so much time to clean everything up. Confession session... I don't know the last time I washed my dog however it has been raining lately, does that count? Then I found Bubbles, a place you can groom your dog yourself. Even though I usually groom my dog at home I wasn't doing it because of the mess. I'm so lucky I found this place because it's awesome! Now my dog can smell good and stop stinking up my bed! Of course, you have the choice to bring your dog to a groomer but that means your dog has to be nice enough to allow other people to groom him which is not always the case. The downside of a groomer is it usually runs between $35-60 depending on the size of your dog and what you need. Haircuts and teeth brushing cost extra. (However, if you really don't want to groom your dog yourself they do offer grooming services.) Recently my client needed her dog washed and I brought him to Bubbles. One of the best things about this place is they provide shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and a dryer. For all that it only cost me $19! That's definitely worth no cleanup and headache at home. The icing on the cake is that the staff was super nice and helpful! Take your dog here and he will wuff you! read more

My rescue "Sir Ollie the Magnificent" could not be groomed. He would always come home and have a full blown anxiety induced colitis flare up it was so stressful because bichonpoo's have to get groomed! And , I tried everything. Then I walked into Bubbles.... First, Maria suggested I bring him in a few times just to walk around and say "hi" ! Then Marie recommended Masumi and the rest is a beautiful history! Masumi is amazing with "Sir Ollie the Magnificent". Since going to Bubbles Sir Ollie has NEVER come home sick-from a grooming and people stop me on the street and ask "where do you get him groomed". I called so many times over the course of a day and they never picked up - then I went in when I was there in person and there's a receptionist literally just sitting there. And no customers. I took my dog Ollie and the guy at the front desk greeted me very well and called out the groomer. Once the groomer came he took my dog, asked about 2 questions and disappeared. Really made me feel like he didn't care. I explained in detail what I wanted my dog to look like and unfortunately I received the worst haircut I've ever seen my dog get. I can sit here and explain into detail but truth of the matter is I don't recommend this place what's so ever especially if your the type of owner that really cares about how your dog looks like.
