Just bring it over this morning and we will have it done by 5:00. Sounds like a small locally owned shop that you want to support and do business with right? Quick service and good price! Well, when I dropped the car off at 10:30 she confirmed 5:00 today. At 4:30 I called to see if it was done and she said it's going to take a little longer than I thought but it will be done today. At 5:30 I stopped by and they still hadn't gotten the old one out yet. She said its more complex than I thought but we will get it done before we go home. The car was finally ready at 9:30 pm so I guess give them credit for staying late (ie 2 stars and not 1). On the way home I stopped to get the alternator checked at autozone and they pointed out that the wire to the alternator wasn't even hooked up so it wasn't working properly. So I came home and had to finish the job myself. If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. So do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!!! PS. Never had a problem with my car, it turned off like 3 times and the engine was "hesitating". Never met Emilio or see him, we only talked on the phone. I dropped my car off, and I was never told about the 120.00 for a diagnostic (that'sok I understand some shops charge for a diagnostic. I told him to check the battery. I know it is just the battery. Well, he never did. He called me about 4 hours later and told me I needed a new transmission. Didn't give me a report or the codes th Nissan threw. He just gave me a receipt for 120.00 and told me I need a new transmission. He quoted me $4,200.00 for a used transmission and $5,118.38 for new transmission parts and labor. I borrowed some mo ey and almost called him back to fix my car because I have brand new tires on my car, new rotors break pads I take very good care of all my cars. Si anyway last night I said again I know my transmission is good I know it. I removed the battery too to it O'Reilly, and my battery was bad. I still had a warranty, so I got a new battery. I said problem solve. I went to drive my car to see what the transmission was doing, and it turned off 3 times right away. Guess what? MY TRUCK HAD NO GAS ON IT. My kid drives it, and since it and so little gas, we would only drive it half a block, and it would turn off so we would come home right away so gas light sensor never turned on. I know it's silly, but I hadn't used it. I was busy, and that's why I took it to Emilio. I called him, and he seemed mad. He has an attitude, and he says, "Your truck threw the codes." That's not the point. Maybe the transmission is going bad eventually, but so far, all my car needed was a new battery and gas. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. Also, my regular mechanic quoted me $3,500.00 new transmission. The cost is $2,200.00 at the dealership. They charge way too much as well.

Firestone and other places charge $90 just to tell you what the problem is but Jesse was upfront. He physically showed me what the issues were with my car and clearly explained why they mattered and how they affected the car. Jesse told me what was most important and what could wait so that I could prioritize based on my budget. In the end I needed whole new front- ball joints, arms, bushing, and tires, and two weeks later new alternator (which I knew was coming). My mother found this place and had nothing negative to say. She keeps going back to get work done…read more So I tried it out.. So happy I did. Now my car runs better than it did when I first bought it! It runs smooth, it's quiet, and I have better gas mileage! Even tho it's a far drive FOR ME, I will make the trip in order to get 5 star service. Dave was completely nice and very informative. I didn't feel like he was BSing me. I am totally impressed.
