Once it was determined that I needed hearing aids I met with Dr. Wade Zarella and could not have asked for a better explanation of what I needed and why. Dr. Zarella helped me decide what hearing aid would work best for me and was helpful with what my insurance would cover and what I would need to pay out of pocket. I have been back to see the Doctor with questions and he was always available to help. He is the owner & its # 1 client. It helps when the person selling hearing aids uses/wears one (2?) himself. His knowledge is amazing & comforting. I went back in to the office, with no appointment to get some new filters for my hearing aid. He was between appointments & immediately called me into his office to see how I was doing with my hearing aids & made a minor adjustment for clarity online, pertaining to phone calls. I feel very fortunate to have chosen him for my hearing aid needs. You won't do any better for your hearing aid needs. His assistant Mario is a sweetie pie too.
