I walk up to counter and the lady that is there counting cash, looks at me, sighs and groans and walks to the back room. Whatever. I see 2 employees helping one person and another one doing something else. All three see me, but no acknowledgement. After about 5 minutes of waiting, one of them says to me, Oh do you want me to fax that, like it's some sort of inconvenience. Of course I do. I don't know what machine to use.
