A week later, my check engine light came on. I returned they said they fixed it. Two weeks later AGAIN I returned and the shop said they identified a coolant leak but never fully explained the issue or its risks. Without informing me, they injected a stop leak additive into the engine. This was never mentioned before. They told me to sell my car when it's working ok. I ultimately had to take my car to a certified Honda dealership, who confirmed that the stop leak had spread through the entire engine system and caused over $7,000 in damage, making the car unsafe to drive. I was forced to sell my car because repairing it was no longer worth the cost. Despite providing documentation and attempting to resolve the matter professionally including sending diagnosis reports the shop denied responsibility and blamed "pre-existing conditions," which were never mentioned or documented before their repairs as they serviced my car for years. They also admitted to not having me sign any invoice before applying the additive, only creating one after the fact.
