No matter my fitness level, they help me with the exercises to meet my goals. They make it so convenient with difference workout times in the day and different places to workout. The training is for real! I'm not going to lie, the workouts are intense BUT if you are a beginner they will work with you until you reach your highest potential. I never thought I can do burpees, push-ups and lots of combo cardio in an hour because of my medical issue; but I DID! My trainers are absolutely amazing. Jennifer has been a God send and a blessing to my life. She is awesome... Jennifer is amazing She will sends emails with recipes, tips and encouragement videos or phrases that help you stay strong on track of your goal. I also love the different challenges you can choose to do, following meal plans according to your program. She also has a FB page with public and private posts for the different registered groups . The facility is always clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms and saunas. I also really appreciate the Hotworx app, which tracks workouts and calories burned. Each quarter, members can earn rewards based on their progress; for example, after burning 10,000 calories in Q4 of 2025, I received a complimentary t-shirt, which was a great and motivating perk. By combining consistent workouts at Hotworx with a low-carb diet, I've lost 15 pounds since October 2025. The way I was sweating during the classes I took (cycling, rowing, pilates, barre) was insane but also impressive. The classes are taught via instructional videos and are timed. I also like that there is a small workout area with a bunch of equipment in the back to add a little extra to your workout if you wish. I loved the battle ropes and kettle bells so I did hang back and spend some quality time there. The facility isnt huge, but thats a plus. In each session I somehow have managed to never be in there with anyone else so again despite the size it was ever super crowded and you can go after hours so its great for people with uncommon schedules or night owls/early birds. They offer your first session free if you're curious about the class styles and want to sample before you commit.

In all sincerity, it is all because of Strength Rewired, Sammie and her team. The gym is clean, the sessions are personalized, the vibe is welcoming, gracious, soothing, calming and motivating - I could go on forever! In the past, I have never been a fan of overbearing trainers screaming in one's face to push past comfort levels, because it's just not motivating to me at all, which is why I love this place.
