They also do a great job meeting people where they are and tailoring things to different fitness levels and personal goals. The environment is incredibly welcoming. The coaches -- Craig, Angela, Jamie, and Michael -- are knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. They're encouraging, attentive and great at coaching both the "why" and the "how" behind each movement -- which I personally really appreciate! I've tried a lot of different workout styles over the years (F45, Orangetheory, pilates, spin, etc.), and while they were all great in their own ways, Forge's purposeful approach to strength and mobility is what really sets it apart. Unfortunately, it has noticeably gone downhill, and it's frustrating because this location has so much potential. The one thing that keeps me coming back on Tuesdays and Saturdays are the instructors, Lisa and Laura. They are absolutely phenomenal. Fun, energetic, positive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their classes. I've been working out consistently for nearly 20 years, and they are among the best instructors I've ever had. They are truly the heart of this gym. That said, the condition of the facility is becoming unacceptable. I've asked several times for more dumbbells and for damaged weights to be replaced. Many of the coated dumbbells are cracked, torn, and deteriorating. It's only a matter of time before someone gets cut or injured. Even worse, there often aren't enough weights available during class, forcing members to scramble for equipment or run outside to borrow metal weights and hope nobody is using them. The mats are another issue. Many are ripped, worn, and long overdue for replacement. And then there's the cleanliness. The floors frequently have visible hair, dust, and debris. Looking around, it's hard to believe the workout areas are being cleaned regularly. I often leave feeling like I need to shower immediately from head to toe. What's especially frustrating is that when I visit the Ladera Ranch and San Juan Capistrano locations, it's a completely different experience. Those gyms are clean, well-maintained, and have plenty of weights in good condition. So my question is: Why has Rancho Santa Margarita been forgotten? This location has two of the best instructors around, Lisa and Laura, a loyal membership base, and packed classes. It deserves the same attention, maintenance, equipment, and cleanliness standards as the other clubs. Please invest in this gym. The members, and especially your outstanding instructors, deserve better. A longtime member and loyal supporter of 24 Hour Fitness RSM and not the only one that feels this way!

In the almost 3 years of coming to this gym I have seen the most amazing improvement (body and mind) within myself. Every class includes a warm up and a short stretch to warm you up prior to your workout. Coaches are there to make sure your form is correct and guide you based on your needs in general or maybe just that day. Workouts can be tailored to push you as far as you want to go or further :) Everyone does the same workout (pending modifications if needed) but you set your own level of exertion, set your own weights you'd like to use, etc. which is why it works for ALL levels. I think all members can say they have started off on their own level but after time you really become an athlete, every completed workout is an accomplishment and when you start to see results you will never want to stop! I have never done the same workout twice. Each day is set to a specific "area" of your body, legs and core, push upper body, pull upper body, legs and glutes, and full body, Saturday is conditioning day as well. Part 2 of the amazingness is the community Daniel has created. Everyone is extremely kind and equally motivated for themselves and those around them to work towards the goals we set. I have made friends I consider family. It's super motivating to have people around you that want to achieve more and more on their fitness journey. Daniel has also been a very generous supporter in our community and strives to set up "extra curricular" activities to help us get together outside of the gym, he has truly built a family and it keeps growing!
