I sent a message through Yelp late Sunday night and first thing in the morning I got a reply from Justin. They gave me a call a bit later. I explained what I knew and he gave me an estimate on the phone, then said he could get out this morning. He did. They guys were super at communicating, and explaining what they would do. I had called late and night and he ask me to send pictures, so he could determine the type of spring that was needed. He was able determine that I had a heavy duty steel door and said he needed to stop by the next morning to get some measurements. he was right on time the following morning and got the information he needed to pickup the correct springs he needed from his supplier. He said he would be back after completing a couple jobs that he had scheduled for that day. He surprised me and called 3 hrs. b/f I expected him to return and said he was on his way. He even sent me a text that he was 5mins. away. He was very professional and explained all that he was going to do. the first thing was we got my truck out of the garage if I needed to go anywhere while he worked on the fix.
