Unfortunately, they were not able to repair the unit because parts were not surprisingly no longer available (still the Covid effect). Instead, they replaced the entire unit with a "smart" opener. The thing is literally whisper quiet, and I love the technology. The price was very fare, and they even went above and beyond- with no extra fee- to fix the main large spring that was dangerously about to pop. Eeks! Great customer service! Honest, courteous, convenient, expeditious, and very fair pricing. More recently I was in need of having a new garage remote control added and another reprogrammed. These are the guys to call. Super responsive, honest, and charged a fraction of what I thought I was going to be paying. I was prepared to replace a pair of springs, but they were able to recover proper functionality with the existing springs. They also noticed the T-rail was insufficiently anchored and re-mounted it, and tweaked the door alignment to close some gaps, for what felt like a really minimal charge. read more

My wife accidentally hit the garage door on her way out; I thought the bottom panel was just ruined and they were going to have to replace the whole thing (it was bent outwards). My garage door has a "custom" wood covering over the aluminum panels, so when a guest rolled into the bottom panel, bending it and the backing support strut, I was sure I was in for a replacement door, since there is no way to match the wood covered panel. Doug and his guy came over within about 2 hours of calling them, figured parts, worked up an estimate to save the bent panel and returned 3 days later. The repair costs matched the estimate and they saved the panel. They also did a "tune up" on the whole system to make sure everything worked properly before leaving. Absolutely tremendous service from the time I first contacted at 7pm on a Friday night. Doug responded within 10 minutes, and we set an appt for 11am Saturday morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and looked numerous issues with our 25 year old garage door system. He showed me the parts he needed to replace and provided a reasonable sounding estimate and said he could get the job done right away and only needed an hour or so to pick up some parts he didn't have on his truck. Returned and started and finished all the work in about an hour, showed me everything he repaired/replaced and when adding it up actually gave me a couple of parts at no charge and the final bill was a little LESS than the estimate. The quick release chord got stuck in my car window as I was backing out, damaging the trolley part. I thought I could fix it myself as it seemed like a "no brained," but alas, it got the best of me, and I resigned to get a professional to help me out. Doug was able to come by within the hour. I had wanted them to reconnect my garage door and sensors but they noticed how loud it was going down and they tightened every bolt and added to nails to parts of the door that was coming apart. I went and purchased it, and then called a few folks from the Yelp listings to have it installed.
