I decided to try a spicy garlic chicken plate with side salad and fries. The spicy garlic chicken is not on their menu, but they have other spicy stuff, so I asked if they could make the chicken that way. They were very accomodating and helpful. The order came out fairly quickly and as you can see from the pic, its a large portion - I couldnt finish it in two sittings. The chicken was not as crunchy as I would have liked, but it tasted great and was moist and tender inside. The lack of crunchiness may have been my fault since I added a little extra Sriracha on top of everything. I recommend Da Braddahz Grinds and will be back! read more

After checking out da menu, I wen' chance da "Two Choice Kanak plate" which consisted of Garlic Shrimp, & Teriyaki Chicken. With da plate, you get two scoops white rice, and a choice of mac salad. If you no likey mac salad, you can request a tossed salad. Da verdict? Solid local kine GRINDZ! Dat Garlic Shrimp was broke da moufth ono!!! Da buggah tasted more buttery den' garlicky, but da buggah was ono! As for da Teriyaki Chicken, buggah was good if you like a sweet marinade. Solid dish as well. First, Yelp's location is wrong. The truck is parked in the Walmart parking lot, not Safeway. I texted the number and they guided me. Super friendly and helpful. Love that they have da kanak so I didn't have to choose one meat option. Went with the garlic shrimp and Korean chicken. The Korean chicken was amazing. So crunchy and the perfect sweet savory. I give this a solid 4.5/5! The furikake chicken was absolutely amazing. The flavor it had was amazing and it was cooked perfectly. That paired with the Mac salad and rice was 10/10. The garlic shrimp had great flavor as well. I almost wish the shell would have been taken off the shrimp completely to let the shrimp soak in more of the flavor. We had the Kalbi ribs as well and the flavor on those were really good. The only downside is that the ribs were really hard to eat. I have never had these kind of ribs before so that might be common, but I would not recommend those. It almost felt like eating beef jerky. The chicken was the true showstopper for me and I would 100% recommend trying that. Really great stop! read more

Since broke da mouth is temporarily closed, found out about this location and was very much hoping this would satisfy my craving for broke da mouth. It was sadly disappointing. The teriyaki chicken and beef was overly salty and there wasn't any other flavor. It was a bad choice that we pretty much ate what we could tolerate and the rest was tossed. Furikake chicken was crispy but it too lacked flavor. Not sure if it was a fluke or not, but since we ordered four entrees and all four were below average, I doubt it's a fluke unless it was a terrible disaster in the kitchen that day. They only have one table outdoor available in the makeshift space across from Safeway. So most people pick up and take home, or you could eat in the car at the lot. read more

At approximately 17.00, customers receive a large helping of food. It usually takes me two tries to finish the Beef Teriyaki. Their Chicken Teriyaki is equally delicious and sweet. I tried the Korean Chicken. The Korean chicken is crispier than the chicken teriyaki. I wasn't fond of it. However, my co-worker raved about it. I ate the Korean chicken, and it didn't taste bad. However, it didn't move my taste buds, and I wouldn't order that dish again. Da Braddahz Grindz recently opened a restaurant in North Las Vegas, and I picked up an order there. Today was the soft opening of the brick and mortar location of Da Braddahz Grindz. I am excited to have another hawaiian restaurant nearby. The restaurant is small, but surprisingly, they fit a decent amount of tables in it. I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate, and it was ready immediately. The chicken is very good.
