    Grass-fed brisket

This is my go-to spot for premium meat! This is where I get the best brisket, beef ribs, porterhouse steaks... they have duck, chicken, lamb, goat... no guilt here because these animals and healthy and happy right up until they are on your plate. Family owned and family operated, it is worth spending more for their amazing meats.

    Ribeye steak

I've been buying meat from this place now for almost 3 years. It's good meat and all, but lately it's just been disappointing! Multiple times I've had issues with the meat, and this time I've just had it! As I cut this ribeye steak meat it wasn't red at all, so I figured that it's more than 3 days old and it's okay. But after cooking it, I can't even bite through it! It's hard! Keep in mind, the cook time is accurate and professional. I've reached out to them few times before, and felt as though the response was as if I'm falsely speaking. I don't even want to bother contacting them, but this meat is disappointing and I just spent $200 on old meat!!

I wonder if management just went with the cheapest possible models and well, you get what you pay for. The machines are very sensitive so if you try to put the packing bags you brought onto loading area of the machine, the machine loses its mind and won't let you ring up anything and this stupid alert won't go away unless a human comes by to fix it. Every single time I come to this 99 Ranch, I am fighting with this stupid machine. So much for automation taking away jobs, cuz the woman working these self check out area was working overtime, the poor lady. I am deducting two stars here because this is sooo friggin' annoying. I like wanna pull out my hair when doing this self check out. But beyond that very annoying self check out experience, this Asian grocery which carries many Chinese & Taiwanese specialties is a go to favorite for me. I love their ready made items including all kinds of zhongzis (Taiwanese, Shanghainese, Cantonese, etc.), they carry all kinds of baos, all kinds of ready made Chinese dishes like pig ear, tripe, bamboo shoots, etc. (IYKYK). I spend a lot of time here cuz Im always looking at all the different things they carry especially hot and popular items. Today, I was in here for about 30 min just looking at all the different mooncakes on offer! There are rows and rows of mooncakes from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China , etc. for purchase! I was in mooncake heaven! Overall, I love this supermarket. You will find me coming back again and again. But dang it, can you please replace those not working self checkout machines please??!!

It is clear the entire team cares for the horses' well being. I travel often for my job and I don't have any concerns or hesitations that my horse isn't being taken care of while I'm gone. Tobey is very communicative and accommodating. A few months ago a larger stall opened up and it was an easy transition to the new stall. Since I've been boarding here, a few renovations and updates to the property have taken place, leaving the ranch one step closer to Tobey's vision for the space. I have spent the most time with Nyna between lessons, trail time and just running into her while at the barn. She is the life force of the ranch and keeps feedings, stall cleanings, lessons, farrier and vet appointments organized. She has spent a lot of time with my horse during lessons and turn out time. I can't see me or my horse boarding anywhere else. Thank you Olivewood Acres!

Tobey is an amazing facility owner; always looking for ways to improve the facility and make the property better for the horses. And Nyna, who takes care of many of the senior horses, loves them as if they were her own. She went to check on one of my boys later in the evening, and thanks to her observation and gut instinct, she noticed my 30 year old was not doing well. She called me and the vet, and thanks to her diligence, he was able to get the best possible care and endured the least amount of suffering. She even stayed by my side the whole time, along with Tobey coming out to check on us. I can't thank Olivewood enough for all they have done for my retired boys.

No one ever came to refill the water glasses or coffee. We had to constantly ask. We saw other tables got extra paper napkins without asking but we were not given the same treatment. One star for service. Food overall was good and deserved a 4 star. Crispy buffalo cauliflower although small but had a good texture. Baby back rib was tender with meat falling the bone easily. Caesar salad was crisp with a good dressing, felt refreshing. Food quality good but services need improvement.

I sat there patiently, and the female employee came to the register to take my order after a while. I ordered my burrito... we had a choice of bacon or chorizo at the included price. Carne assda was three dollars extra or if I wanted all three meats it was five dollars extra. I probably should've not done this, but I paid for all three. I walked around while I waited. After seeing everything in the entire place, I took a seat near the Pick-up counter. While I was waiting there, the guy who was cooking was complaining about so many things. The one thing that really was upsetting is he said something along the lines of "people have to wait for their food anyways." this guy is angry and bitter, and does not like his job. The wait was oddly long I was tempted to ask them to cancel my order but I waited. The Third employee handing me my food with a smile in a box no bag no napkins no nothing. I guess those were self served, but would've been nice if he had said something because I got home and didn't have napkins or anything. The icing on the cake is paid for three meat definitely there's no bacon in here and I think I found one piece of Carne Asada so I paid five dollars extra basically for a chorizo burrito . There's hardly anything inside of it. I taste more tortilla than the inside. This was the most disappointing burrito. I think I've ever had in my life. I should've gone to the taco shop and gotten a much better burrito. Shame on you, Ranch 45. I don't have the energy to call you or go back and why waste my time and money coming back to complain. Our last visit also took a ridiculous amount of time for one pastrami sandwich. I was waiting in the car while my husband went in. Sad to say I doubt I'll be back here ever again. Step up your Customer Service step up the execution of your beef. Stellar quality meat is not enough. You need to execute and have staff that isn't complaining with an earshot of the customers.
