I'm so glad this food truck exists -- I've been craving a good seafood boil on island and this place never disappoints! The flavors are super tasty, garlicky, and full of seasoning. I usually get the Seafood Double Bag with the Da Bomb Cajun sauce and it's always delicious. I always notice folks (tourists) walk up and then pass on it because they think seafood boils are too messy, but don't let that stop you -- they give you gloves to eat with, so it's no big deal. I honestly don't think a lot of them even know how to eat seafood boil, but they also have plates! It's become one of my regular spots, I grab it about every other week. If you're craving a flavorful seafood boil, this is definitely worth checking out!

Garlic Shrimps was delicious. Rice fluffy. Slaw was good but perhaps add Japanese Pickles or Pickled Daikon.

The best Garlic Shrimp of all Hawai'i. Tried on Big Island and Oahu, and this was the juiciest, most flavorful I've had. Doesn't overcook the shrimp like everyone else does. Friendly service. Tables under shade were nice. Would be nice if they had those table fly fans.

Crab,Shrimps, Mussels, Clams, Corn, Potatoes, and an awesome buttery garlic sauce.

This was seriously good. We got the small bag with their mild sauce. We added on rice. It was enough for two and the seafood was perfect

There's even a small merch booth to browse while your food is being made. We waited about 20 minutes, but the staff were incredibly friendly, and it was well worth it. I ordered the Lifeguard Bento, which comes with the OG fried Spam musubi, truffle tater tots, choice of poke (I got spicy mayo), and rice for $20. The fried Spam musubi was so good that I'm not sure I can eat musubi any other way now. I also thought the truffle tater tots were an odd choice to offer at first, but they ended up being some of the best tots I've ever had, and the portion was generous. The spicy mayo poke was fresh and flavorful, making the whole plate a pretty solid value. This is one spot I'll definitely be coming back to every time I come back.

Wow literally so good and so worth getting! Staff is friendly and trying to work hard but wow the literal longest wait ever. It's a cute spot to wait in, but we were waiting for like 40 minutes for our food. It's a little hard to find since it looks like it's in a residential area but keep looking until you find this gem!

Local Style poke - a bit salty but still got 4.5 stars. Dragonfruit slushee - I thought the flavor syrup they used was way too sweet.

Oh my GOD...TIKI DAVE is so very glad that this place has stood the test of time after all these…read moreyears. My wife and I discovered this place way back before we had kids in, I don't know, what, the mid-2000s... And it is EXACTLY like I remember. We hit Waimea Canyon and then had just enough time to hit SHRIMP STATION after which I demanded we hit on our way back to our cruise ship. I think I ordered the "Sweet Chile Garlic Shrimp" last time but I decided to try the half and half of that as well as the "Got Garlic". Let me tell you, the winner is absolutely the "Sweet Chile Garlic Shrimp"! Both are awesome and don't be afraid of the chile because it really isn't spicy. The shrimp is cooked absolutely perfectly. A great crunch...al dente, if you will. Sop up the delicious sauce in the rice and OMG...I am still craving this a month later. Dishes range in price from $16.95 to $19.95 (probably $10 back when in the day in the early 2000s) but still totally worth it. SON OF TIKI DAVE ordered the Coconut Shrimp and it was amazing, too. I tried it. TIKI DAVE of TIKI DAVE'S TERRIFIC TRIPS / TIKI DAVE TRAVEL loves SHRIMP STATION! I will be making a video of my experience so... Wow. What a gem of a place we spontaneously stumbled into. We must have arrived at a great (and…read morelucky) time because there was only one person ahead of us, and we got our food relatively fast. We ordered the beer battered shrimp, garlic shrimp, and cajun shrimp, and all three exceeded expectations. For the price, I was genuinely shocked by the quantity given. I came in expecting to order more, but it was very plentiful and well-priced. My only feedback is that I wished the cajun shrimp had a bit more of a kick. The extra heat was there, but I found myself wanting just a little more. Medium spice would have probably been my sweet spot. No notes on the garlic shrimp though, as it delivered exactly as described. That garlic and olive oil combination? Yum. The beer battered shrimp, however, was surprisingly good. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. It was simple, yet perfect. Think Long John Silver's fried shrimp, but better, done right, and insanely good. Here's a fun fact: we actually only ordered two plates the first time, loved it so much that we went back and ordered another. Yes, it was that good. As I'm typing this review back at home, I'm already salivating thinking about going back for another bite. Overall, this place was phenomenal and we'd return in a heartbeat. I'm aware it tends to get busy, and we definitely got lucky with our timing. Note: the food is great, but I personally wouldn't wait in a long line for it. That said, if there are only one or two people ahead of you, absolutely swing by. And beyond the food, the staff, from the cashier to everyone in the back, were a total delight and made the whole experience feel warm and homey.
